Monday at 04:49 PM1 day No. Thanks for the article Steven A. Nowadays I shake my head reading these articles . "Surgery was successful to repair the surgery". Really? I often cannot tell whether things like this are poor AI or poor writing.
Monday at 06:06 PM1 day Moderator No. What's the timeline for losing The Valley Girl look? 🤮 You're a GD disgrace! What kind of team would recruit a man like you? Straighten those curls, lose those shades, and for OBD's sake, take off that GD Cornhusker crap!

All is right with the world except Mens BB.Some of us have natural curly hair and I'm sure Uncle Phil has Riaola all decked out in the finest Duck Gear.
Monday at 07:32 PM1 day No. Whenever I see the name Riaola I can't get the picture out of my head. I sat there on a nice sunny Saturday afternoon in Bloomington and watched him throw 44 times and 3 interceptions. Granted his OL was being rushed liked crazy with Bryant's Haines's defense but a couple of those interceptions were just bad bad QB decisions. I have discussed him on X with other Duck fans (any of them here under a different name?) and I am just not that sold on him even with a great Oregon OL and a year to learn the system. But I am not a full time coach, just an old arm-chair QB expert I guess.

Looks like the timing will be for him to be ready for back up duty this coming year and maybe ready to start next year. That's a long time from now and a lot can happen. Glad he wants to be a Duck.
Monday at 08:49 PM1 day Moderator No. WOW! So much for the attempt at Animal House humor. Perhaps you have to be 70+ long in the tooth to have watched the movie and get it? Or, perhaps, I'm long on age and short on Humor? 😁Mea Culpa. OK, Forum Friends, I love Dylan flaunting today's fashionista flavor. I forgive the Cornhusker crud, and I hope his style of shades will be handed out before the Autzen crowd Shouts. But this doesn't mean you don't have to do your assigment people; this is my job!

We went out and got the best running back in the portal. We no doubt paid him a ton of money. He hardly saw the field because we had two true freshmen that were better than he. Next year he'll be toting the rock for someone else. Hopefully, he will "get it" there.

I remember the comments on this board when we first grabbed Nix in the portal. There were not a lot of people onboard, including myself. I’m not saying it will work out. It may not. However, I am confident that Lanning will have more than 1 solution at the QB position.
Yesterday at 01:15 AM1 day No. Every time I see that name my mind auto corrects to GRANOLA...As far as the shades go, get him in touch with Dan Fouts and Joey Harrington for advice. Edited yesterday at 01:20 AM1 day by woundedknees

I sent Charles a clip of Nix's highlights and said he was bound to flourish in Eugene. Lanning knew it as well having to work his tail off to stifle the guy running the Auburn offense when he was DC at Georgia. I am nowhere near as optimistic about Raiola. Nix could move and take himself out of problematic situations. Raiola cannot and is so slow as to be a statue in the pocket. I wish the guy no ill will of course but actually breathed a sigh of relief when he flipped from Georgia to Nebraska on signing day. And as a Duck fan, I hope I am wrong by the way, but fear that I am not.

I stopped calling him that since I figured out how bad the rest of the offense was. I don't think they ever scored another touchdown after he went down.
