Here we are my friends, the thread for discussing the actual game as it happens.

Let's discuss before, and during the game!

The vast majority of you are GREAT in this thread, but you must remember that this forum is different, as we require civilized discussion. Rule No. 31d covers GameDay thread conduct, and it is not hard for the vast majority of us--just a tiny few who need to reign it in.

Let's Have Fun Posting During the Game!

Nix and Offense at Cal_Fox Sports Video.jpg

Mr. FishDuck

Beautiful weather in Boulder BUT gusty winds to 20. This may add to the Ducks advantage if throwing becomes a liability. I think our O line will be up to the task.

Another J-14 personal variation!!!!

And J gets the TD. What...?

Loved that play. You think JC is glad he came to Oregon????

Oh Yeah.

Still in Lanning phase 1 of the game... Getting the team comfortable and settled.

I think this is fastest we've burned through time outs!

Bo Nix catches the TD.

How many cuts on that last first  down run?

Every Oregon RB needs to develop that quick recognition.

And Ii'm in love with the Return of the SNEAK!

I was hopeful the hiring of Dilly would reap dividends, but honestly had NO idea what was lurking in the depths of his creativeness.

Nice catch by BO!

Opposing coaches are going to have to reckon with those crazy red-zone plays when they prep.

Nix for Six takes on a different meaning there.

Hutson is having a solid game.

How do you prep for what you don't know is coming?

SO nice to see the ;stiff arm' developing as the season goes on!

Entering phase 2 of the Lanning game plan...

More tempo and aggressive offense that wants to score boat loads!

I'm telling you...no one wants to see Franklin get hurt, but he would absolutely kill it on kickoff and punt returns.

Tie-breaker for Heisman will be number of receiving touchdowns.

I was really wanting 21 in the first.

So you can rest your starters and get the back-up's some game time experience.

Why did Conerly change his jersey number from #76 to #84?

Other than Mario? Ha!

So that he could be a tight end instead and catch a forward pass..

To be eligible for the pass??? Tight end #.

Sewel touchdown!!! Just one upped his big brother.

Now Sewell is scoring TD? Where does it stop.

Next touchdown will be Cameron Lewis on a jet sweep.

So... JC jr scores on a reception. Nix scores on a reception, and Sewell scores on a run? Didn't see this coming.

After watching his HS tape, I really wondered when, not if, Dilly would try using #1 in the short game.

Great call!

***sigh***

Don't you miss the prevent offense???

NOT!!!!!

Nice play by Williams.

Love that Georgia score...

That was a nice throw by Shrout. We better be on lookout for that more.

Yes, that was a good throw, but Steve Stephens IV let the receiver get behind him.

Did the refs just miss a facemask call? Gonzo got pulled down from behind by the receiver  on that bomb.

Wide right on the FG try!

Middle eight minutes coming up here.

Watch for what plays are called and the tempo.

Our defense has been catching some lucky breaks.  They look far from dominant.

Agree. We have looked soft in some cases.

Middle 8 time.

No DJ Johnson, no Jeffrey Bassa for this half. That's gotta be something.

Georgia leading 21-6.

If Georgia wins by 40 pts at home against Tenn, it will probably make a lot people on the playoff committee rethink Oregon's loss and their progression since.  Maybe, they will be a lot more forgiving.

Georgia obviously gets up for and brings their A game on GameDays.

Yeah, been watching some of that, GA's defense has been stopping Tenn. so far, offense not dominating, but efficient and moving the ball.

Not a bad first Bo Nix half.

15/17 - 225 yds - 2 TDs - 0 Ints

+7 right now in the middle eight.

We will have to see what the other 4 look like.
