Are We REAL Oregon Fans, or Bandwagon Fans?
Ive been a fan since high school but my fav time as a Duck fan was the Belotti years. Its fantastic that we are pumping big$$ money into the program but I am a more with less guy --Congrats Indiana! We all learned something today----Experience over ratings means more.

Sadly, I might be done. I haven’t liked the direction of college football for awhile now and this might be the final straw for me. I need a long break and then we’ll see but, as of right now, I’m not sure Oregon football is worth the time and constant disappointment any longer.

I love OBD through thick and thin. I attended the U of O during the lean years when a 6-5 regular season record and winning some obscure bowl game was considered a fantastic season lol. However, I think OBD really need to sit down and assess what is keeping us from getting over the hump. I do appreciate though how far OBD have come as the program has the players, the backing and the facilities for the most part to be consistent CFP contenders. Winning a Natty sadly has been very elusive.

I'm Not Nervous About the Peach Bowl
I wanna puke, Indiana aint THIS good So f’ng done with big game humiliation Ducks were defeated before they hit the field…then were competitive…then..showed what happens when your 3-5 string backs have no reps. F’ Idiana and their bull’ narrative. Mario will break them…low IQ phalinx style Cig to Bama We’re built for the long haul…We’ll be better next year…and the next year, and the next year…and the next year. my God,’forgove me…I’m pissed

Thank you Charles! What was that play call on first down? Once again I must say I'm not going to miss Will S. I liked Kenny D. much better.

I saw us lose to Pacific at home, so I qualify I think. That being said, seeing Indiana waltz in and achieve in 2 years what we’ve failed at for so long is testing me.

If the Ducks played Indiana 10 times they’d lose 9. Outside Autzen (even on a neutral field) the 12th man effect is gone.

Real fan here, but wow, outcoached, out played, out prepared it the two biggest games. Love the guy, but DL needs to take a hard look. And yes, always be a Duck.

As much as despise Beavis, one thing I admire about so many of their fans is that they are loyal-no-matter-how-much losing they do. Our Beloved Ducks do a ton of winning in football, and while this is not a great day....we will have many more winning games ahead of us. Our turn will come...

Look at the Bright Side!
Baseball starts in just five weeks, (Friday, Feb. 13th) and Our Beloved Ducks are going to do a lot of winning this season!

Dan, if you own a Mercedes, please turn it in. The next time you are invited to Atlanta, come up with, I don't know, a broken clavicle? As we said in Boston for decades, "Wait 'till next year." 15 new starters with a 20-year-old QB, and you finish 13-2. Heck of a season. And on 1/19, in Cig and his Hoosiers, I'm believing.

Agreed. If I'm playing I'd be pissed off. Not in a destructive manner, but with fire my team could see That, believe it or not is coachable too ( delicately, but it's possible). Look guys, there are who we thought they were. And we are too. Long enough corrections were necessary in November. We let them off the hook because the analysts either aren't loudly calling for corrections, or the don't see the trends properly. Im not a QB whisperer. But I played QB. It's constant repetition even when you're already money. Saban used to coach explosive passes by their ability to score TDs. That's the kind of diagnosis I'm talking about. I used to think that all the time. Didn't know coaches also feel that way, much less coach it ( that's why Saban is the the GOAT...not me!!!) I wouldn't use that strategy. Moore has enough talent to "whip butt". These are tendencies picked up before this year. I would drill the hell out of pocket maneuvering with a guy with this kind of arm talent. There are probably 150 QBs in the history of football as google as Justin Herbert. When you have a guy with those natural abilities, they still need to be developed. Josh Allen was a average in college with his coach. Think about that. He has a string arm, has sub par WRs, a so so OL. Look at him now. That's coaching. And the Bills were not works beaters until he showed up. QBs need to constantly be developed. Even Mendoza ( and let me tell you, he was coaches I to making the okays he makes, so was that damn Fuskies Michael Penix ). QB Smith Jr should be great. He has that kind of upside. So I expect him to be Great. That should happen. Agreed. Develop it then.

I like Moore, he is just part of the problem, but he can’t read defenses. No improvement the whole year.

McClellan with another great catch! This guy is clutch, keep airing it out.

I hate losing, but everyone does not get this kind of experience. Some players and fanbases have gone their whole lives and will never get this close to the top. It’s not our year, plain and simple. I’m not mad at one of these “kids” it’s been a blast rooting for them all a season long and I’m still cheering them on in garbage time. Money or no it’s been great watching them grow over the season and this game won’t change that for me. Go Ducks (there is ALWAYS next year).

"How is it so hard to get these dudes (receivers) the ball?" The first half 53% pressure rate is on pace to be the highest Moore has faced all season. The pressure Indiana brought in the October game should have clearly been a game planning aspect for Oregon. I understand it's easy for a D to bring pressure when they are leading by 3 TDs, but still ....

Sadiq did this on the TD drive and then got the ball for a first down.

That just means two years to a natty. Destroyed next year and win it barely the next year. Maybe we'll get a mysterious QB back named Bo Powers or Chad Nix?
