  2. I was excited about this one at first but the more I think about it, the cost of bringing him aboard could create needless tension in the locker room. I'd rather see them focus on D Line and linebacker depth.

  4. Good luck to your Hoosiers. First 16-0 team ever. First Heisman winner to go along with it. As a fellow transient living in the Phoenix area (San Tan Valley), but from an area filled with about ten other fanbases as loud as Ohio State(in the SEC). It did my heart good to see Alabama get taken down in the fashion they did. The SEC arrogance and delusion, need to die. Now as a Florida fan, it would be great to see the U get dismantled in their own home stadium.
  5. Looks like I picked the wrong week to stop sniffing glue (If you’re an “Airplane” fan you’ll get it).
  6. Our last transfer from the rodents was solid.
  7. Somehow, I find it doubtful Oregon would blow that much of the NIL/recruiting budget on Seaton. Doesn't fit the pattern OBD have adhered to so far.
  8. Beavis had a lot of really solid players taken by P4 teams in the portal and yet they went 2-10 with their ridiculous schedule. So my first guess for one appearance was terrible coaching.
  9. I’ll take Nacho and Crader. There’s a time and a place for a hired hand. I don’t think left tackle is it. Spend the money elsewhere.
  10. Question….if he is a “ talented athlete,” why did he appear in just one game. We’re talking Oregon State here. Was he injured?
  11. Kiffin is doing Kiffin things. He’s trying to keep him from visiting Oregon. This is an excerpt from SDS. "Multiple reports that Seaton is expected to be in Oregon Monday, but his LSU itinerary stretches through Monday, including a private dinner at Supper Club Monday night, sources confirm. "Also of note: Tuesday is the last day to register for classes at LSU for spring semester, so the roster will be set for spring football. Ideally, he would sign and enroll Tuesday when the campus reopens after the holiday." 12. Thank you Charles and Woundedknees! Looking forward to finishing the job and hearing more about this baseball matchup!
  13. That was very kind of you...and what a first post! I enjoyed chatting with you recently, and invite you to offer your Big-10 perspectives in here often. You have thousands of Duck fans cheering for your team Monday night, and we look forward to great games with Indiana in the future. In fact...for the first time--the Hoosiers are traveling to Eugene to play the Diamond Ducks at PK Park later this spring. Great fun...

  15. As an IU fan, I enjoy interacting with fans of other teams on social media. Oregon fans have been so respectful and gracious. Oregon routinely has strong athletic teams but the fans are rarely braggadocious or rude. (OSU fans are quite the opposite). If Indiana gets a win, I almost always get a congratulations from an Oregon fan, and that makes my day. Alabama fans just accuse IU of cheating. I have also noticed that Oregon fans typically have a great breadth of sports knowledge. I respect that. OSU fans rarely, if ever, watch a game that doesn't involve their team. Alabama fans seem to watch only SEC games after they are highly inebriated. At least that is my experience in online discussions. No offense meant to fans of either team, if my statement does not apply. So thank you, University of Oregon community! I, too, miss the PAC-12, because I live in Phoenix, AZ and am also an ASU fan. However, the B1G Ten Conference is made better because you guys are in it, with your cool yellow and green colors, unique duck mascot, and powerful athletic prowess. Oh, also, great academics. Gotta respect all that!
  16. Why shouldn't they get some part of the billions that old men are making off of their sweat?
  17. It still amazes me that college kids are making millions when it should be about a scholarship and academics.
  18. Jon, thank you for sharing this. It was reported that Haines and Heatherman attended one another's weddings, interestingly. Heatherman did contact Haines, before the OSU bowl game, to get tips to beat OSU, it was also reported. Good stuff. If Indiana wins, this will be 50 years apart, that IU had an undefeated season and national title in basketball (1976 - the bicentennial) and tomorrow in football (2026 - this year is the Semiquincentennial).
  19. If Beavis remotely valued him it’s perfect for that reason alone
  20. Put them in the Oklahoma drill and best man wins!! So far, Oregon has shown restraint in what they are willing to pay for certain positions.
  21. We recruited him pretty hard the first time around, so he knows Lanning and most of the staff. The only thing is...he is a left tackle, and so is 'Nacho coming in, and I think he was probably assumed to be the starter? I don't know if 'Nacho is open to sitting and learning for a year...
  22. A complete breakdown of Oregon football’s roster as the Ducks head into the offseason, tracking the 105-man limit, position-by-position numbers, and where depth is strong or still needed for the 2026 season. This story will serve as a living tracker of Oregon's roster composition throughout the offseason and into the 2026 season. We will monitor how close the Ducks are to the 105-player limit, break down each position group by class, and identify where Oregon is stacked with depth versus where reinforcements may still be needed through the transfer portal or recruiting. As departures, additions, and role changes continue to shape the roster, this tracker will provide a clear snapshot of how Oregon is building its team for another championship push under Lanning's leadership
