  2. Right now Miami is making FSU look inept.
  3. Scoo Ducks!!! This is awesome. Now everybody show up!! Woo hoo!!
  4. Jerry Neuheisel for the next UCLA coach? A somnubulant Bruins O woke up today. PSU lost twice. This is bad coaching squared. I'll wait on Charles, Mike West, or another more skilled Xs and Os guy, but running an RPO O with Allar at QB? The problem? Who can we hire who is better? Bama wins and shuts up Pavia. UGA owns Kentucky. Clemson brings more laughs to the Billy sans Tommy hire. Texas? Did no one notice the talent that left last season's Longhorns? Did no one notice the preseason AA players at Clemson lost 4 games last season? My LV boys and I win. We bet the preseason under for Texas and PSU. Indiana? Put out the Cig in Week 7, but are the Hoosiers still the underdogs at PSU? ND is fortunate Navy defeated AFA today, 34-31. ND is in the final 12, and something is wrong. PUT OUT THEM CIGS! https://www.cbssports.com/college-football/news/bowl-projections-sec-big-ten-own-college-football-playoff-field-with-alabama-oregon-ole-miss-among-risers/
  5. Kirk, compared to other scores today, UW rebounded from a loss to No.1, overcame the travel and being behind, and won the ball game. Locksley is now 0-10 coming off a bye.
  6. Oklahoma is getting a lot of mileage for their win over a mediocre Michigan team at home. They are no where near top 5 in the country.
  7. I just hope every Duck coach and player watched the UCLA/ Penn St game and realize that next week is a whole other game.
  8. Thanks to Florida again! We love you GatOrlando!
  9. This does not help OBD's PO cause. Hats off to the Jerry (?) Neuheisels.!
  10. Like the old saying goes, nothing good happens after 8:00 PM.
  11. It’s their way of getting us back for costing them the 1994 national championship. Danny O’Neil threw for 460 yards and made their defense look pedestrian. His performance definitely cost the Nittany Lions some votes.
  12. It was 1985. UTEP knocked off BYU.
  13. The announcers said it’s been something like 40 years.
  14. While it’s popular with the Gameday crew they have only held their show there in ‘23, ‘21, and ‘18 in the last ten years. Before that, the last time it was in Dallas was 2002. I think Eugene is a lock. Stormin in NormanTexas' failure cost fans an ESPN College GameDay experien...Longhorns lose to Florida before playing Oklahoma
  15. Today
  16. Doubt it, it's still Oklahoma-Texas, I don't think they ever miss that game.
  17. Great win. It ensures a trip to Eugene for the Gameday crew. Lots of trees for Peter (Herbie’s dog) to mark on campus.
  18. Yesterday
  19. Let me just say that I never thought this loss would happen. However, after some deep thought, I think there are a lot of factors that led to this. First, they put all of their eggs in one basket for the Oregon game. They had the easy warm-up games, the bye week, home field/white out, etc. Second, they had to travel all the way to LA for their first road game of the season. It was a must-win game after the OT loss last week and they definitely didn’t treat it like a business trip. Third, they had to go against a totally new offensive scheme. Young Jerry Neuheisel had nothing to lose and he was able to cut Nico loose and get creative with his play calls. I think PSU felt that they could roll into Los Angeles and UCLA would just roll over and die for them. These upsets were good learning opportunities for all teams on a bye this weekend (Indiana included). I think we all know DL and Cig are going to have their players ready for a big game with all of the pomp and circumstance that comes with College Gameday which will definitely be making the trip to Eugene.
  20. There've been a couple of other upsets so far this weekend. Glad OBD are resting up with a bye.
  21. Hilarious. The two teams everyone was picking to win the SEC (Texas) and the BIG (Penn State) both have two losses. Outta here!
  22. Andy and Ani's take for those interested.
  23. Penn State still has a loaded roster. But they didn't play like they cared. They showed up to playing the LA sun and accept their free win over 0-4 UCLA. Credit to UCLA who was playing with house money and they knew it. It didn't matter what they did because they were expected to win. Penn State just phones it in for a half woke up in the second half offensively and still looked utterly confused against UCLA's offense. I haven't watched too much UCLA football this year. Probably as much as their own fans. So I don't know what they really did differently offensively but they played like they wanted to be there and cared. Penn State didn't want to be there. Even if UCLA was throwing new stuff at them they didn't adjust and didn't play sound fundamental football. This was a hangover game and it bot them. We'll see if Penn State bounces back.
  24. Still a good win last week in spite of this massive screw up by PSU. It changes nothing as Oregon just needs to win every week. Go Ducks, hose the Hoosiers!
  25. I hear their next home game is a paper bag on head out.
