I was reading about the Conference Championship game and it mentioned that attendance might be low for this game due to PSU last minute invite and Oregon fans not wanting to travel to Indy since it is so far away with the anticipation of more playoff games down the road. What are your thoughts on Oregon fans traveling to these upcoming games? My guess is a lot of people will be saving their money for the playoff games and hopefully the natty. Are you planning on attending any or all of the games over the next month or so?

At first glance some major disrespect from the defensive side. Matayo and Harmon should both be first team. And how is Jabbar nowhere to be found? He is so dominant teams don't even throw his way.

The top 4 seeds all have to be conference championship game champions. So ND will never be top 4 in this format even if they are ranked #1 in the Country. The loser of the B1G Championship game will be ranked no higher than 5.

If Boise State loses they do not have a chance to still make it. It would come down to who would be ranked higher between UNLV and the winner of Army vs. Tulane.

Agreed both teams are 100% in the CFP, but the losers then have to play one extra game which is huge.

Touché. My best friend is a die hard Michigan fan and he basically said the same thing as you. A 5 star wants to air it out and really show what he can do. The Michigan offense has typically been perfect for a high 3 star or solid 4 star QB and letting them be game managers. It then makes them look a lot better than they actually are (cough cough McCarthy).

10 million over 4 years for an unproven high school QB. To each their own but smells like desperation.

Watching this play back, if Herbert didn’t whiff on the block he was responsible for it would have been a TD. We would all then be praising DL for such an amazing call.

Hate seeing Burch out, but hopefully this week along with the bye week gets him 100% going into the playoffs.

Saw this on another site and it made me laugh... "Probably don't want anyone reporting abuse for how hard practice is going to be this week after the lackluster half-hearted performance against Maryland." But my guess would be they dont want the media train to freak out if both Jordan Burch and Jordan James are not spotted at practice while they are healing up.

I wish it was the Roman Caesar celebration, but unfortunately no. That thumbs down has been the defense celebration all year and is starting to make its way to the offense. (I hate to even say this... but this came over from Washington with Jabbar Muhammad). The celebration basically means on defense "I put you in a box and shut you down". So for the offense to be doing this at that moment in the game my guess is the players were not wanting to kneel down, they were wanting to punch the ball in and finish them. Take a look this next weekend and you will be seeing a whole lot of thumbs down from our players.

And the team that loses the conference championship game has to play one more game than everyone else. That is why before we know it conference games will be a thing of the past.

Would that really be the worst thing if that were to happen? All that means is we would substitute the conference championship game with a home game in round one of the playoffs (removing the risk of playing in the conference championship game and losing which would cause us to play one more game anyways). No idea how that would end up happening but it sounds pretty good to me.

100% strength of schedule will not matter at that point. All that matters if you make the B1G Championship game is to win so you have a first round bye. If you make it to the conference championship and you end up losing that is just one extra game you will be forced to play during a very long season. I for one am going to be rooting for Indiana and then Penn State.

Now we can just pick apart everything and complain about the little things... "Does Oregon have a 3rd Quarter problem? We just cant seem to score coming out of halftime!!" No we do not, the issue is we are just blowing everyone out of the water in the first half and cruise to a victory. "What about travelling different time zones?"
