Live Streaming Options for Oregon Football Games?
For the past three years I have purchased Sling during the football season. I will probably buy Sling again this year in October, so I have not confirmed that all of their packages are the same this year but Sling worked great for me in the past. If you purchase the sports pack you should get all of the regional Pac12 channels. ESPN comes with the Orange pack and Fox Sports and Redzone with the Blue pack. I did not buy the combined orange & blue. I have been able to go online and switch between the orange and blue packs whenever I wanted for no additional cost. Last year I would have the Orange on Saturday for college football and then switch to Blue Sunday morning for the NFL's Redzone and then back to Orange for Monday night football. I am the only one in my house that watches Sling so I had no other family members complaining about switching between orange and blue. Hopefully they still allow switching between the orange and blue packages without any additional cost. I do not receive local channels with Sling, thus any games on FOX, I would use my indoor antenna. Fortunately Sling can be purchased one month at a time.

Will Oregon Play USC, UCLA and UW Every Year?
Tired of nonstop realignment? UCLA's Chip Kelly may have the common-sense solution WWW.LATIMES.COM UCLA football coach Chip Kelly suggested completely reorganizing college football into a system that more closely mirrors... I like this quote from Chip in the article. I hope this stays the same now that Oregon and Washington are in the conference. Previously, I was concerned about the possibility of a noon eastern start time, 9 am pacific. Over the years I've watched several non conference games that had a 9 or 10 am west coast start time and the west coast team did not seem to wake up until the 2nd half of the game. “When we go to play an East Coast team in the Big Ten a year from now, they’ve told us we won’t play any games before 12:30 p.m. our time, so that would be a 3:30 kick for them, so we’ll stay on our same time schedule because we would leave on Friday, play a game — which would be noon for us, 3 for them — on Saturday and then get on a plane and come back, so it doesn’t affect you from that standpoint because you’re only there for a short time, so you really try to stay on the same schedule that you’ve been on for the whole time.”

Will Oregon Play USC, UCLA and UW Every Year?
I realize these specific schedules for 24 & 25 are no longer relevant since Oregon and Washington have joined the league. This schedule was created within the last 12 months, thus I thought the basic concepts used to create the schedule may continue with the addition of Oregon and Washington. The basic concepts being, limited guaranteed yearly matchups and creating a 2 year schedule with some home and away games against specific teams for the 24 & 25 seasons.

Will Oregon Play USC, UCLA and UW Every Year?
It seems unlikely that we will get to play all three every year. The scheduling model for the 2024-25 seasons only had 11 guaranteed yearly games. I have read that some Big 10 fans believe our game against Washington will be added to the yearly list but not games against USC and UCLA. It will be interesting to see how often we play Michigan and Ohio State. UCLA was scheduled to play USC, Ohio State and Michigan in 24&25. Oregon Future Football Schedules - What is Rob Mullens Thinking?
The games at Boise State, 2025 and Utah State, 2028 are part of 2 for 1 deals. We get Boise State at home in 24 & 26 and Utah State at home in 27 & 29. For me this makes the road games tolerable. If Coach Lanning gets the Ducks performing on the field like he has in recruiting then I look forward to watching the Ducks destroy BSU inside Autzen in 2024 and 2026. While the risk/reward for games against Baylor, Oklahoma State and Texas Tech are not as desirable as games against top 5 teams, they should be fun and exciting games to watch. They will be games that I am excited to spend a Saturday inside Autzen watching. We are scheduled to play at Hawaii in 2024 along with 3 home games against Idaho, Texas Tech and Boise State. I'm not a big fan of playing the extra regular season game. It will make it more difficult to stay healthy for the end of the season. I would play at Hawaii but then eliminate one of the 3 home games (Idaho) so we stay at 12 regular season games. New College Timing Rules - Dog Meet Tail
Articles from the AP and ESPN are stating that the delay is only for D3 games. D3 would like to see how well the new rule works at the upper divisions before making the change. I'm not a fan of the new timing rules. I think it will reduce the number of exciting 4th quarter comebacks.
