  1. I agree, Gabriel has been overlooked and downplayed all season. Hunter and Jeanty have been spectacular, but their "moments" don't amount to what Gabriel has put together all season.
  2. Travis Hunter was at home; the Buffs will play somebody in a bowl game somewhere. Jeanty had a great game, and the Broncos are in the Playoffs. But last night, Dillon Gabriel had the stage and put on a performance. His best "moment" might have been falling on the fumble. But throughout the game his play guided the No.1 Ducks to another victory, over a very formidable opponent in Penn State. More than anything else, games are won and lost based on the play of the quarterback. Allar, 2 interceptions, Howard didn't slide in time. Gabriel wasn't perfect. But no mistake cost Oregon a game.
  3. Lanning being interviewed right now, his answer to "maybe having a tougher road than the 6th seed?" "What an opportunity" So glad he's, our coach.
  4. Tez was amazing, he was uncoverable! On one of his catches he ran right between 2 PSU defenders, who must have felt a whoosh go by!
  5. Alabama will probably choose to not play in a Bowl Game now.
  6. They built up a lead, had PSU by 18, it got cut to 4. PSU never took the lead, that's what I took from the game. Penn State is a great team. They gave the No.1 team in the country their best shot, it wasn't enough. Not giving up the lead is huge. The momentum was swinging, but OBD never let PSU take it. They didn't step on PSU's neck, but PSU never breathed easy. No satisfaction for Penn State.
  7. I know that Lanning doesn't have the experience of losing big games like Day & Franklin have. He lost 2 last season, to the Huskies, and somehow, he didn't sound like a whiny kid. I guess you have to keep losing and losing and losing to get that down.
  8. It starts at 9:00 on ESPN with the CFP Reveal, that goes on for quite a while, at 3;00, the other undefeated Ducks team, the 9-0 Mens basketball team hosts UCLA, at 3:00 on BTN SIDEARM Integrations GODUCKS.COM The official Men's Basketball page for the University of Oregon Ducks and to cap it off, Justin Herbert and the Chargers are at Kansas City to take on Mahomes and the Chiefs on Sunday Night Football on NBC
  9. I agree, Penn State brought it last night, both teams struggled to stop the other on offense. PSU had nothing that could contain Tez, and JJ and Whitting both had some timely runs, and Sadiq went up and over! Oregon had Gabriel; Penn State had Allar.
  10. His."Pardner" is really old, as are the two of them, put them out to pasture. These two are available:
  11. Great work, Jordan, and I too have to congratulate Penn State, I didn't see this game coming from them, especially the way it started. But the Ducks never gave up the lead, Penn State was grasping the whole game. Gabriel pounced on the fumble, Allar threw to picks, one of them basically a pick-6, you're not beating No.1 doing that.
  12. No, and Penn State wouldn't have either.
  13. The guy wrote the article saying that penalties might be Oregon's "Fatal Flaw". He was off by just 1team, though Harmon's hand to the face sure didn't help.
  14. It would be, this is really going to show how much im=influence the SEC has on the committee.
  15. Important for Texas that they kept Georgia out of the end zone and forced the FG.
  16. Georgia is definitely a second half team.
  17. Yes, what's good for the SEC should be good everywhere. I don't see the argument for BSU.
  18. I agree, but this is hypothetical. ASU has had the more impressive season.
