That's all true, last night against Maryland, 40 probably wasn't going to happen, a few things go differently against tOSU, maybe 40 happens. In the others, playing the big picture game, longer season, scoring 40 wasn't a priority.

No game this season has OBD reminded me of Saban's Alabama more than this one. Meanwhile, Indiana, the 1st place team, alphabetically in the B1G, held on and got past Michigan and its "No Offense intended", 20-15, and they and the fans are dancing like the kids in "Footloose". These games happen, and when you're No.1, with the target on your back, you get the win and move on.

Agree with you here. Michigan, with no semblance of offense, lost by 5 at Indy. tOSU has an offense, and is bigger, faster and will control the trenches against Indiana.

Definitely a good day. If Michigan had anything close to an offense, they beat Indiana. But the Hoosiers found a way to win and are 10-0.

It wasn't that he played down to the opponents, he never played Up. Every game was the same, Chip's "Faceless opponent" to the extreme. It's hard to believe the offense is scoring like it is, but there's only so much Mario can do.
