  1. All of this is just too good. Recruiting Roundup: A New Commitment Coming & Other Notes WWW.UWDAWGPOUND.COM Recruiting Roundup: A New Commitment Coming & Other Notes
  2. Yes, reminds me of analyzing 15th century English Lit.
  3. Excellent. A commitment to Washington should always be corrected.
  4. Meanwhile, Beaver Nation is getting a chain letter.
  5. Agree overall, though I don't think luck played any part in Oregon's win or Georgia & Miami's losses. They were both outplayed. Oregon took care of business and remined the unanimous No.1. Indiana withstood Michigan's offense, scored less than Oregon won by, and moves up 3 spaces in the AP & 4 in the Coaches poll?
  6. That's all true, last night against Maryland, 40 probably wasn't going to happen, a few things go differently against tOSU, maybe 40 happens. In the others, playing the big picture game, longer season, scoring 40 wasn't a priority.
  7. No game this season has OBD reminded me of Saban's Alabama more than this one. Every once in a while, they'd play a game and it just wasn't working. but in the end 'Bama won and often by less than 21, and without missing their prime playmaker & and integral member of the OL. Had to point out how much I agree with this.
  8. And for the Washington fans
  9. Oregon had an off game, offense was clunking, not clicking, penalties, on offense and defense, coping with out their main pass receiver and a leader on the OL and beat a team, coming off a Bye, with a future NFL receiver and others that have Maryland at No.34 in total offense and No.9 in passing offense, by 21. Meanwhile, Indiana, the 1st place team, alphabetically in the B1G, held on and got past Michigan and its "No Offense intended", 20-15, and they and the fans are dancing like the kids in "Footloose". These games happen, and when you're No.1, with the target on your back, you get the win and move on.
  10. Agree with you here. Michigan, with no semblance of offense, lost by 5 at Indy. tOSU has an offense, and is bigger, faster and will control the trenches against Indiana.
  11. Definitely a good day. If Michigan had anything close to an offense, they beat Indiana. But the Hoosiers found a way to win and are 10-0.
  12. It wasn't that he played down to the opponents, he never played Up. Every game was the same, Chip's "Faceless opponent" to the extreme. It's hard to believe the offense is scoring like it is, but there's only so much Mario can do.
  13. Alabama really likes it, Vanderbilt doesn't.
  14. "Defense, awesome job bending and not breaking. The special teams play again, huge in that game, and found a way. ...What are we, 10-0? Not bad!" That was Cignetti, post game & of course the offense that Indiana's D bent, but didn't break against was Michigan's.
  15. Next for Miami is BYE, so time for Mario to do some more coaching, which might be good? then it's Wake Forest at home and end the season @ Syracuse.
  16. When Alabama was No.1 and they had a game like that, you just said, "well, that's Alabama" Oregon's offense wasn't working tonight, but the team still put up 39. Fake punts, TD's to OL. There were some unfortunate penalties. A lot for Lanning and the coaches to point out on film. Glass half full observation, that was bad Oregon football and they still won by 3 touchdowns.
  17. FG for Indy makes it 20-15, Michigan has 2:34 to go 80 yards for a touchdown.
  18. On that 3rd down pass by the Michigan QB we saw how important accuracy is.
  19. Touchdown, Michigan, 2 point conversion fail. Indy 17 Mich 15. This is as close to adversity that Indiana has faced this season.
  20. Michigan's D keeping them in the game, Indiana 17 Michigan 9, 12:30 left in 4th quarter.
  21. With $2.5M a year I wouldn't have had to have Ramen for dinner nearly as often.
  22. Ole Miss TD, 2 point fail, 22-10 over Georgia. A win by Ole Miss makes them 8-2 overall, Georgia would be 7-2. In conference, Georgia would be 5-2, Ole Miss would be 4-2.
  23. Well, I guess all of Day's defensive changes at tOSU worked! Buckeyes 45 Boilermakers 0 Purdue’s day could be summed up by its fourth and goal from the three-yard line when it missed a 21-yard field goal.
