Which Player Will You Be Watching Most?
Hill, his role just got a lot bigger on the biggest stage he's ever played on. The run game is going to be pivotal in this matchup.

Is THIS Why Dante Moore Might be Returning to Oregon?
Dante can make all the throws but till this game slows down for him he will struggle punishing overly aggressive defenses. Time and time again, you hear QB's talk about how the game has slowed down for them and I don't think Dante can say that. Another year in college would greatly improve the mental side of his the game.

Don't Miss FCS National Championship Game Tonight
As a former MSU student this is amazing feeling to put a Nationally Championship trophy in the case for the first time since I was 4! Need the Ducks to double it up for me because the Raiders sure going to.

Please....Somebody 'Splain This Play to Me....
Add the offensive passing interference no calls to this conversation. I guess Benson should have just pushed off to create separation like everyone else does now days. I really didn't like the no calls on more than a few opposing wide receiver TDs this year. The ducks to their credit haven't consistently been using the push off as a method to create separation, but to be fair they generally don't need to because their that good.

Analysis: What Oregon Must Do Against Indiana
Jordon Davisons average rush 7.4 Noah Whittington average rush 5.4 Jayden Limar average rush 5.7 I rewatch the game and I'm firmly in the camp that abandoning the run truly was the downfall in the first Indiana game. Giving up six sacks for negative 27 yd made the run average 2.7 Yard to carry. 9 of the 30 runs on the stat sheet where Moore being sacked or scrambling after being pressured on a pass play bring the total to 43 pass plays to 21 run plays. The run game has been there all year long and sticking to it and forcing the D to play up opens up the easy reads for Moore not the other way around.

Oregon-Texas Tech Post Game Thread
Defense was lights out, Dante needs to keep his eyes downfield as he missed some pretty open reads for long yardage.

New Year’s Eve Bowl Games Discussion: Iowa vs. Vandy, & Michigan vs. Texas
Go Hawkeyes! I'd love a 8-4 B1G team to take a 10-2 SEC team to the woodshed.

TCU with the backup QB should even out the out scale.

Tuesday GameDay Discussion of Illinois-Tennessee & USC-TCU
Do I really have to root for SC? Maybe letting the Big 12 have one wouldn't be too bad.

Great PFF Analysis of Oregon vs. Texas Tech...
Oregon's D line has been hogging all the tackles make the LBs stats look bad. Just kidding Boettcher had 113 tackles this year.

Oregon vs. Texas Tech Pregame Discussion
It always seems that he tries to get a little too cute with the pass plays late in the game. Bo was the only QB that could pull them off consistently, probably because of extreme veteran status.

Oregon vs. Texas Tech Pregame Discussion
After watching atching a few TT games I'm more concerned with our offense. TTs D is fast and aggressive with lots of gang tackling and a great pass rush. TTs Offence while effective doesn't look as dominant. From what I saw the O line allows a bit of QB pressure especially on blitz's. A lot of sloppy tackling in the championship game by BYU led to lots of yards and first downs. JMU scoring on our D in the second half doesn't concern me. While there were some starters in, there were quite a few numbers I didn't recognize on the line and secondary.

Is Dante Leaving For The NFL?
How many junior QB's get used up by a bad team and then discard to become a backup or never play again. The best things that could happen to him is to fall in the draft to mid first round and sign with a team that has a chance like Bo. A big rookie contact is great but play the long game and the endorsements and contact extensions will payoff big time. Not to mention not getting thrown to the wolves playing for the Raiders or Browns.

Myriad of Topics: Notre Dame, Sixteen Team CFP, and G6 Representation
9 games will help to clear up the current mess in SEC rankings there's just to many teams in the conference to only play 8.

No. 5 Oregon Hosts No. 12 James Madison Univ. at Autzen for First Round
The committee is factoring in injured players but not only playing 8 conference games? They should be personalized for a late season cupcake team as the other conferences take 50% losses. There's really only one way to make all of this not so subjective and that to move to a NFL style playoff by cutting these mega conferences down to where everyone plays each other in the conference. This is compound when you only play 8 games conference games. Let Alabama in but then get rid of T A&M. Letting the SEC have almost half the playoff spots is a positive feedback loop that just magnifies the narrative that the SEC is so dominant, they certainly weren't in last year's playoff despite what ESPN said.

College Football Playoff Bubble Teams
The ACC went 4-6 against the SEC this year. Not exactly outright domination warranting no chance to prove it on the field in the CFP. Personally I like seeing the cross conference game of the best from all the conference getting their chance. If we only picked the "best teams" in the eyes of the TV rating bias media then it would be SEC vs B1G and ND every year with maybe one other. Should USC be in the playoffs? They only loss to teams ranked over 500. Could they beat Ta&m or Oklahoma, I think so. But did they prove they belong during the regular season, no. No conference should have more than 3 teams. These mega conferences make it so the regular season no longer determines who belongs at the top.

College Football Playoff Bubble Teams
Giving the SEC 5 teams in the playoffs just seems wrong, sorry Bama you got it haded to you by a 5-7 ACC team. Leaving out the ACC completely shouldn't even be an option. All power conferences should have a chance to prove their leagues ability on the field.

Big 12 Championship Game Thread
If that was the case pulling their starters at halftime would be a mute point. Reading this board everyday and just about everyone is rooting for the Duck not to be in the top 4 considering every team in the to 4 lost last year. My point is that current system is flawed if a team took a dive to improve their playoff chances I wouldn't blame them.

Big 12 Championship Game Thread
This is an easy fix. Don't punish the number 4 seed for being the four seed. Give them a reasons to play to win, such a home field advantage.
