Oregon's MINDBENDING Defensive Performance
Wow Williams what a game, showed up big. Sewell played like the guys we know and love. The Whole D Line really showed up everyone of them made game changing plays!

GameDay Thread versus Utah: Join Us!
He needs to funnel his inner Travis Dye, Kiko Alonso, Clay Matthews etc. When he shows up with heart and focus He's one of the best linebackers in the nation

Will LSU LeapFrog the Ducks or do the ducks move up to 6th? I doubt they dropped Tennessee out of the top five.

Looks like the big boys are taking over their perspective games. Let's keep dreaming for the afternoon game. Definitely watching the Tennessee vs. Georgia on my phone While the Oregon game is on the TV.

Seven McGee Entering Transfer Portal
I think Dollars would be great at the position maybe better than Hutson as he's got moves after the catch.

Are You Noticing a Pattern to Oregon's Scores, and Our Reaction?
Always love Aliotti, he was great at building depth by rotating his player and also keeping them fresh. Once the Ducks build depth on D and everyone knows the system we should be in much better shape against tougher opponents, especially if they can increase turnovers. The strategy of letting a team march down the field killing the clock and then holding them to a field goal while you score TDs is working well to burn the clock on both ends.

Penn State up 21 to 16 with 9 and 1/2 minutes left

Game Day Thread of Other Games (Not Oregon)
Penn State had two INTs on the first drives and tOSU can't run the ball. I love to watch the Buckeye's suffer.

Game Day Thread of Other Games (Not Oregon)
tOSU is looking quite vulnerable and is down by one at the half to Penn State. At Penn State can pull this off it will certainly help Oregon move up the rankings!

Dan Lanning is All Class
DL's Game manager is top notch. The difference between a championship caliber team and a nine win team is the little things that coaches do at a high level. I can't recall a coach at Oregon that had this level of game management. Even Chip did a lot of things that were not in the best interests of using clock when we needed to. The onside kick was brilliant, knowing you're not going to get many stops on UCLA. Stealing a possession in this game was exactly what was needed and a game winning plan. This game could have easily came down to whoever had the ball last instead we got the lead and stayed in the lead. Running two plus minutes off the clock also brilliant as we all know how that can end up when you decide to run the ball and fight for the first down.

Is Beating UCLA Primarily Dependent On The Performance Of The Defense?
While the Ducks O will need to score in boat loads the D is going to need to get a few stops or a turnover to make the difference for the win.
