You are correct LH. The pass blocking looks pretty good for usuck and Williams is a stud the rest however is average at best.

One glaring problem I see about Usuck is they are not ready at the snap of the ball on defense and seriously having problems substituting players. But they are still handling the Buffs.

WSU surprised me by giving the Beavs more than they could handle. Ward has become the real deal and their O-line was very good handling the defensive front of the Beavs. On another front Colorado fans are already booing the Buffs. Can’t believe I’m rooting for usuc in this one. Might need to go to confession tonight and I’m not a Catholic.

When Bo is on and our D plays like they did against Col. I see the Ducks winning this game. Being on the road this time of year in the Puget Sound area however could bring a whole new meaning to home field advantage. Go s beat ‘‘em all one at a time.

Farthest thing on my mind was a fake punt. Had me totally bamboozled at that moment. Best thing is all our opponents in our upcoming games are going to have to spend time preparing for fake punts from our Ducks. Can’t believe I just said that. Any distraction from reality works to DLs advantage. Truly a great play call when it works. Total game changer in my mind. I wonder how much time the trees will waste on this one in practice. It’s easy to see that if one of the four top pack QBs goes undefeated, which in my mind will be extremely difficult, means that guy has gone thru a tougher schedule than the others and should win the Heisman going away.

The offense should be fine, I’m excited to see if the Duck defense can improve another notch. The better the D gets the better our chances with the huskies. The pass rush we had against the Buffs kept me glued to the box, fun to watch. Not so much fun to see on tape for our upcoming opponents for sure. Didn’t show a lot of weaknesses.

Landings approach so far seems to be working. The game in Texas was a little scary but very few teams go in there and win in their home opener. Remembering that this team is loaded with talent but they are still children and have been spoiled most of their athletic careers. If the coaches can get them up every game and prevail then we will all get what we all want.

With the pack being the toughest conference means nothing on selection day. We will continue to pound on each other to the point that the pack will be extremely lucky to get 1 team in. How can you respect a conference that won’t be one next year. My prediction is the pack gets gets no one in unless Usuck goes undefeated.

This game for me is all about our front seven. If we can set the edge, which I think is a weakness of the Ducks so far, then I think we win this game handily.

Troy Dye was a game changer, we can only hope this kid is that good.

Genius he is not, trash talker he has always been one of the best. Reality, he is not playing so all his talk means nothing unless you let it into your head. I always tried harder to beat a trash talker and I’m sure our Ducks will feel the same. Go s beat Hawaii first then take care of Colorado, Frankly they should have lost both games but got the breaks and won.

Many mistakes by many players and coaches. We won the game but wow. Sloppy to say the least. I was particularly amazed at how slow our D line looked I was expecting much better speed from our Edge defenders.
