Scott Frost, Nebraska Coach, Says O-Linemen Vomit 10-15 Times Per Practice
Intense conditioning can absolutely cause adverse effects in the long term and short term as well. If you have good and steady all around conditioning year round you will be in excellent shape for football with a little upgrade in the fall getting ready for the season. I see no need for make, the kids puke, kind of old school techniques that were used in years past. With all the new nutrition and workout advantages the players have today it is easy to see that the players today are mostly molded into physical specimens by the end of their sophomore season or in some cases before.

If You Have ANY Doubts about Lanning--See This
It seems every time I read or hear a coach or player interview I get even more jacked up than I was before hand. This group of Ducks can cause Goosebumps if your not careful. Seems like we’ve been waiting for this for quite some time and I hope it is as good as we all feel about it.

Not Over? UC Regents Begin Probe of UCLA’s Move to Big Ten
I hope UCLA is forced to stay and USC will be hung out to dry. There are enough options for the pack to increase their footprint in Nevada, Souther California, Utah and Texas to name a few. I won’t miss Spoiled children one little bit. Except to pound on them of coarse.

Bradyn Swinson: Oregon’s Next Sack-Master?
It’s clear that Oregon has a multitude of players that could be sack masters. Going to be fun to watch the staff utilize all this talent. The front seven for this group is loaded with studs that can get after the QB but a telling stat will also be tackles for loss in the run game. The sack leader and TFL leaders at the end of the year gets a 24oz porterhouse with all the trimmings at the steak house of his choice on Lupoi’s dime. 😁

Breaking News: Jaeden Moore, Edge Rusher, Commits to Ducks!
Watched some film. Kid keeps running till the play is over and he made a lot of plays because of it. Seemed to set his edge before rushing the QB so I think his coaches were doing a good job teaching him not to be reckless. I think his competition wasn’t up to his ability so hard to get a gauge on him. Excited to see what this staff can do with him.

Oregon Makes Top 5 for Overrated Teams in 2022

Mario Cristobal: Quarterback Killer
Be very interesting to see what kind of a season Tyler Van Dyke has at Miami. He seems very capable but I wonder if marinoO will send him backwards as he typically does.

The Eventual College Football Renaissance
Don’t know who came up with the saying Money Is The Root of all Evil but he hit the nail squarely in the middle. I remember my Dad saying that to me back in the 50’s. He also said corporations would ruin America. Guy was smarter than I thought.

OL Alani Noa to Announce Decision on 247Sports' YouTube Channel Today
Can’t teach size and this kid has it. We need some Oline recruits. Only a 3 star but we have the coaches for this type of player.

Bo Nix’s Leash: How Long?
We can throw stats all day the fact remains Bo was sacked 17 times as a freshman, was their leading rusher in two games. Their number one rusher gained 4.9 yds per carry. If that’s great O line play then I’m missing something. The point is was making is he is our best option for the start of the season. Unless some miracle happens and Butters flashes brilliance in the next couple weeks.

Bo Nix’s Leash: How Long?
If Bo can get back to who he was as a freshman he will be good enough to go undefeated in the pack. He lost 3 games that year to Florida, LSU, And Georgia, all three were top 10 teams. Two of those games were one score games. LSU were champions that year and had one of the best college QBs in modern times as Auburn came closest to beating LSU that year, 3 points. He did loose to 18th ranked Minn. in a meaningless bowl game and now days I give little weight to bowl games unless they are the big ones. His next 2 years Auburn turned into a hot mess. Coaching staff had some turn around which we all know can be hard for a team to fight thru no matter who is QB. If you watch film Bo spent much of his time running for his life because of poor offensive line play which is hard to throw accurate balls from and shouldn’t be the problem at Oregon. I have confidence that Bo will do well at Georgia and he gives us our best and only chance to win an extremely difficult game. He’s been there before against better teams so I expect him to play well. He has an advantage with a head coach that knows Georgia’s defense as well as anyone and an OC that will be throwing new rankles that the Dogs have not witnessed. The Ducks have enough talent to make Bo’s job a little easier than when he was at Auburn. As far as a leash who knows.

Bo Nix’s Leash: How Long?
Thanks for the article. At the spring game I thought Butters was the clear number 2. Nix did have a couple long throws that were impressive but Butters looked poised and ready to go. I hope we can hang on to all 3 to start the season but that may not be the case.

Ranking NCAA Football Top 10 Offensive Lines
I still think the winner of that game will be the one that has the best qb performance and who wins the turnover battle. Can’t wait.

Lanning Setting Up Players for Success
Do your talking with your play and the scoreboard. Nothing else matters. Get up, hand the ball to the ref, leave the trash talking to the NBA because that’s where it belongs. If you are trash talking then you are not concentrating on the task at hand. Don’t let the other side get in your head.

Canzano: ESPN Shut Out of Big Ten? If True, Great for the Pac-12
I’m not seeing anything about streaming services such as Amazon, or many others getting involved in NCAA football and basketball. Amazon could be a huge player if they so choose. They could use these sporting events to launder their extremely large amounts of cash. Not to mention the fact that the other sports networks might tend to negotiate with bigger payouts or be left behind. Any thoughts on this one?

Forget the Future: The 2022 Oregon Front Seven is the BEST?
If the coaches can get all the pieces to play their positions correctly then I think more IPAs are in our future Charles. The talent and experience is definitely there. I agree this might be the best defense Oregon has ever run out on the field. Stay healthy and I think we will be in for a treat. Bring on the Beer.

Mario Cristobal--When the Knives Come Out
Thanks for the article but along with Annie my focus is on DL, his staff, and the players and their families. It’s the start of fall practice and I am looking forward to watching our new age Ducks hit the field. I have spent a lot of time bad mouthing Mari no O and his football I Q the last few months which he richly deserved. I’d like to say I won’t do it again but I’m sure I will the first time he looses a game. His recruiting genius, line of BS he sold to the parents of his recruits, and the way he dumped on them was inexcusable behavior and in my eyes can never be accepted. Can you imagine Mike Leach coaching Miami with that talent? Kind of scary don’t you think!

In 2022...Do Cheerleader Photos Inspire or Offend?
Just a little history for you all. Don Essig, who some of you probably know, was my sixth grade teacher. He took us on a field trip down to see the Beavs and Terry Baker play. The biggest thing about that trip for me was seeing the cheerleaders line up in two lines and the opposing team ran out while the yell squad was screaming “Fee Fi Fo Fum where the hell did you come from”. Still can’t get that out of my memory banks. Don was a member of the Beavs cheer squad While attending OS back in the sixties. Don’s family owned a farm on the top of the hill in Oregon City which is where Oregon City High School now sits. Don became the voice at Autzen Stadium for all football games. Funny how small the world really is. Never could figure out How a Beavs cheer leader could become the voice of the Ducks, maybe Charles can straighten me out on that. My point is how a cheerleader has had a huge impact on anyone that has attended a game at Autzen and most probably don know he was a cheerleader. And a beaver cheerleader at that. Crazy. Go 🦆🦆🦆s

In 2022...Do Cheerleader Photos Inspire or Offend?
The answer is inspire. A home game is a great atmosphere and our young men and women on the cheer squad help bring that out with the great job they do to enrich the experience before and during the game. Heck, I married 2 cheerleaders, one for 47 years, and it was something they both loved to do. My Grandaughter is a high school cheer leader and a model and wants to do the same next year in college. She just had a photo shoot that took most of the day with over 1000 shots and she loved it. Her face was a little numb from smiling all day however.😁 Don’t think any of these girls give or gave much of a thought about being photographed in awkward positions. It’s all part of it. If the girls don’t mind then I certainly don’t, it’s part of the experience.
