  1. If he gives us an answer to those most burning questions, it will be no sooner than 2 weeks from now.
  2. That's odd. I don't have a subscription, and it just loads for me. To summarize, he isn't enrolled at Mater Dei....or his old school at this point. Also, he's still in South Florida fishing. "Well, it’s anyone’s guess where Dickey will play in the fall. A source close to Dickey told the Bay Area News Group on Monday night that the receiver is not going to Mater Dei and plans to attend a public school, perhaps in the Bay Area."
  3. I really don't like the idea of following the University of Spoiled Children to the B1G, but if the alternative is being left behind, so be it. That being said. To get to 100 Million per team (16 teams counting USC & UCLA) would need a 1.6 Billion package. Doubt it gets that high. 1 Billion comes out to 62.5 Million each. If you add the Ducks, each team loses almost 4 million. That's 60 million across the board in losses for the other teams (at 3.75 mil each). I'm not sure the Ducks could take a big enough bath to get every B1G team on board, given the current market.
  4. My kid is 9 and on his 2nd year of Tackle football. I think after we get back from Atlanta I'm going to start showing him videos like this. Gotta build that intensity.
  5. I would remember what Cam Colvin had to endure throughout life. Oregon's Colvin pursues NFL dream despite tragedies WWW.ESPN.COM Life has presented Cameron Colvin with enough potholes to swallow many. The Oregon receiver continues to pursue his NFL dreams while motivated by tragedies and setbacks. I'm just glad he's done great things since then.
  6. This worry anyone? Seems odd things going on. Jurrion Dickey transfer: If not Mater Dei, who will land five-star WR? WWW.MERCURYNEWS.COM Five-star receiver fishes in South Florida as Southern California powerhouse Mater Dei begins practice.
  7. I remember the fumble through the end zone to lose against Cal, and then 2 weeks later that freak injury against WSU. Rough way to end your career.
  8. Yep. 20 - 25 runs by Nix made me stop watching!
  9. Neither did this one: Matt Cassel College Stats | College Football at Sports-Reference.com WWW.SPORTS-REFERENCE.COM - USC (QB)
  10. All I'll say about this is, Herbert forced two bad throws in the 4th quarter for inexplicable INTs in that game. Those aren't on Mario.
  11. Kirby Smart is one of my favorite coaches to hear talk. No BS, no hyperbole. He just gives it to you straight.
  12. I lived in the Bay Area from '99 - '05, and never went to a game at either Cal or Stanford. Hell, the only College Football game I went to was the Inaugural Silicon Valley Bowl. What a stinker.
  13. So many targets both on the ground and through the air. Tough choice. Especially not knowing the pecking order of the Two Deep yet. I want more balance in the offense, but I do feel there will be a higher percentage of runs. I just realized every RB is a Sophomore or below. I like Whittington for his experience, but he's small. I feel the same about Irving & Dollars. That leaves either Cardwell or James, so I'll go with Cardwell based on experience alone.
  14. That's my problem. So sick of the double standards, because OU & ND are Blue Bloods, and UO couldn't possibly get it done. We'll show them all!
  15. Paul Finebaum jokes about Dan Lanning's path to become Nick Saban's replacement WWW.ON3.COM .
  16. Sadly he tried to lose to much weight to impress the NFL scouts, and ended up losing a lot of power.
  17. USC should have teamed up with Stanford to leave. Since they're both Private institutions. Then the B1G gets LA & San Fran, and still gets the Athletics & Academics, without all the Bureaucracy.
  18. I found a link to his merchandise on his Twitter feed. I'm buying his shirt and wearing it to the game in Atlanta. Hopefully posting it here is not against a rule:
  19. I guess they forget where some of their better coaches came from. Ingrates.
