  1. The Civil War is dead. The good guys won. No need to remind them of this every year.
  2. I want to see a win! Pass protection. Open running lanes. Down field blocking. ... and some cold Hazy IPAs.
  3. From where I was sitting (about halfway up on the north side). There were two things that SEEMED obvious. 1) Gabriel was told not to run. There were several times early in this game he rolled out, had 15 yards of open field in front of him, yet chose to unnecessarily throw instead. Idaho picked up on this and knew they did not need to defend it. 2) Gabriel does not see the entire field as well as our QB's in the past. I feel part of the reason for this is his height. In 3 out of the 4 images in the article his vision is obstructed by larger humans. It felt as if he was told to stay planted and simply dink and dunk to nearby receivers. He didn't even use his feet to get larger views of the field. It felt purposeful. My two cents: The Ducks had a VERY simple plan for this game. They knew they could win on talent alone and didn't want to show any of their cards to future opponents. At the end of the day, they won, saw their points of need, and got a feel for real contact. Now it is time to take that experience and build on it. Luckily the schedule ramps up gradually over the first three weeks. They do not have to rush it. But, they MUST learn (from this game) and improve after each of the next two games.
  4. Unfortunately, I've been far to busy to read many of the articles posted the last few months. Having one site to go to is so much simpler than searching on my own. Thanks to all who have been working so hard to post them all. PennsylvaniaDuck set a high standard. You all are doing her proud. Thank you. However, I will say this. I read everyone's comments more than I read the articles. You my Duck friends are why I come to this forum. I appreciate all of you.
  5. It feels longer because CDL literally takes no time off. It's a full time/year round job just to follow this program now. I'm exhausted!
  6. I'm glad she's coming along to the B1G.
  7. I will never forget that day. My sister in law and I were the only ones in green in a section of all purple. Washington fans were completely abusing us until Kenny saved our day! Turning point for the entire program, fans included.
  8. Wow! If you asked: "What pick in each conference will generate the most clicks?" She nailed them! I will say.... I think she may have gotten the ACC correct.
  9. To me it would be Bellotti. It was his tenure that took the fanbase from hoping to believing. That is such a HUGE step that it simply can not be ignored. That being said, everyone of the coaches discussed had strengths that we must appreciate... even Willie (that's hard to say).
  10. Agreed! This was the one piece I was hoping for. Thanks Coach!
  11. That's a pretty NOBLE post if you ask me.
  12. The bottom of the article says "Happy April Fools".
  13. Football Scoop say's no offer has been made from tOSU to Locklyn. It is my hope UO matches any offer if/when made. Are you listening Coach Lanning? Get Rob to open his pockets and retain him!
  14. $4.5 million to win. Pretty sure that putt hurt a bit. But, definitely a great effort.
  15. That was devastating! I was yelling at my TV. But, once again Scottie pulls off the win.
  16. So sorry to hear this. Get well Pennsylvania Duck our thoughts are with you.
  17. I was a huge Blazer fan during the Drexler/Kersey/Porter/Duckworth era. Then marriage and children came. By the time I had time to watch basketball again... the Blazers sucked... BAD! Now I only watch the NBA if it happens to to be on in the restaurant/pub and eating in. If the Blazers ever become relevant again. I'll likely get back into it. But, that will not happen until there are new owners and management.
  18. Pebble Beach history! Wyndham Clark blows away course record with stunning 12-under 60 | Golf News and Tour Information | GolfDigest.com WWW-GOLFDIGEST-COM.CDN.AMPPROJECT.ORG
  19. I want Baltimore... ONLY because I do not want the cameras flashing to the box seats during the Super Bowl to show Miss Swift and Mrs. Mahone's faces every thirty seconds. Worst thing that ever happened to football.
  20. I want USC to fail and fail big. I think I would prefer UW to be good. But, not ever good enough to beat our Ducks. I feel that would cause them the most pain. I want CU to fall back into their forgotten state where they belong. I want Utah to be King of the Big12. I wish the best for the rest. I'd love for them all to be towards the top of their new conferences... and for the two that don't have conferences to mire in their troubles and issues for awhile.
  21. I was wondering the same thing about Spectrum. I did a little research. But, could not come up with a definitive answer.
