  1. Need to keep the petal down. Texas winning BIG! Ducks need to as well.
  2. Winner: Oregon Ducks 63-13 TO: 3 Sacks: 5 Passing Yards: 432 OSU will stop all conversations of future games. The Civil War will have been finally won. The Oregon state flag will have a duck on it from now on.
  3. I was very disappointed when Tyler entered the transfer portal and have been cheering him on ever since. That being said... I do not feel the need for Oregon to use a scholarship on him. There just isn't anything that makes me think he is vastly better than our current options. I'll continue to root for Tyler and will be grateful he honored his commitment to Oregon even when Willie didn't. But, feel it would be a step back for the current Oregon program. Eyes forward. Keep improving 1% each day. Coach Lanning is just getting started.
  4. Ducks 55-10 3 TO's 4 Sacks 392 Yards Passing Sorry Dilly, you are going down in a large way. Coach Lanning has a point to prove.
  5. Thanks for the well thought out article Ryan. I feel you nailed everything down fairly well. The one thing I hope does not happen is a close, well fought game, between UM and tOSU for the B1G championship. I feel a one score win by UM could cause trouble for the Ducks. One thing is for sure, none of this matters if our Ducks don't win out. GO DUCKS!
  6. Not the popular choice on this forum... But, I love them!
  7. That was my first thought as well. I was confident Coach Lanning plans on staying in Eugene for years to come. But, I'm glad he made that perfectly clear to EVERYONE nationwide. A four year commitment is HUGE for a 17 year old kid and his family. This kind of loyalty will prove very fruitful.
  8. Yes. But, John also thought the Pac-12 would stay together.
  9. Very ugly win... But, still a win. Glad we have ASU next to clean things up. Can not play like this against the Beavs. They will be fighting. The last Civil War will be a nasty one.
  10. Hope everyone who was able to attend had a great time. I wish I could have made it. Go Ducks!
  11. Oregon 59-14 3 TO 5 Sacks 386 Passing Yards
  12. Listen to Red Eddy Green. He definitely seems to know the current seen better than most. He sounds spot on.
  13. I typically start at The Beer Garden (on 6th) after a couple of pints off of their great tap list... I waddle over to the Ninkasi Living Room for a quick bite (and another pint). This experience will take you through what is called the Whiteaker neighborhood. It has a very Eugene feel to it. Might be a shock for Midwesterners. If you're feeling a little more sophisticated you might want to stop by The Gordon (near 5th St Market). Great mixed drinks and a more modern feel in the lobby. There is also a bar on top (can't remember the name). But, it has a fun vibe to it as well. Game day. Yes, there are pay lots for parking. Then just walk all the lots around the stadium. Tailgaters are friendly and welcoming (as long as your carrying your own beverages). Swag. The Duck Store next to the stadium. Have fun, be safe. Use a cab/Uber/or walk if needed. ... and Welcome to Oregon! GoDucks!
  14. Oregon 42-10 2 TO's 5 Sacks 326 Passing (in the rain)
  15. Sounds a lot better than "Leibhaber Stadium" that's for sure! Just joking Mrs. Leibhaber. I'm sure your as great of a person as you are an editor... you just need a fashion consultant.
  16. Things that make you go... Hmm!
  17. There have been many great running backs come through Oregon. But, I have to say, the combination of LaMicheal James and Kenjon Barner has to be my personal all-time favorite!
  18. Oregon 38-17 2 TO 4 Sacks 297 Passing Yards
  19. I do not feel as if Coach Lanning had his wings clipped. If anything, I see mid-season stress on a young coach. We are at that point in the season when EVERYTHING ramps up. With each passing week the intensity rises and rises. There is a reason these coaches make the kind of money they do. IT'S STRESSFUL!!!
  20. Ducks 49-21 2 TO's 4 Sacks 328 Passing Yards
