Something BIG (Good) is Coming With Hints from Lanning?
...and a little dawg on the bottom row.

Details of Pac-12 Media Deal Begin to Emerge
If it is. There will be no less than six schools looking for better offers.

3rd Degree Burn: Dan Lanning's Thoughts on Colorado Leaving the Pac-12
I think Coach Sanders will eventually make them better... if he sticks around. I honestly feel the Pac(?) just got harder with CU leaving. One less "gimme" on the schedule.

Power 5 Programs Playing at Group of 5 Venues in 2023
Seating capacity at Reser will be 35,548 for 2023. SJSU stadium is currently holds 30,456. But, completion of their renovation is hoped for in August. After that I would expect it will be greater than Reser's current capacity.

The Death of the Pac-12?
I could easily see replacing CU with SDSU and remaining at 10.

Something Big is Happening!
My guess... tOSU is coming to Autzen to make up for the game missed due to Covid (as article noted). That would fulfill the H&H agreement that got botched.

Pac-12 Expansion: The Case for Boise State
You are right and I apologize for not stating some of my reasons for not wanting BSU in the PAC(?). Honestly, my reasons are quite petty. It pretty much comes down to me not liking the team, the fans, the stadium, or the landscape of Boise. I would not travel to Boise to watch our Ducks play. Same way I will never go back to Pullman. But, as others have pointed out, the institution itself is not on par with the other schools already within the Pac(?) academically. Their athletics will not help future media negotiations. To me they just don't seem to as good of a fit as SDSU, SMU, UNLV, or even Hawaii. But, that's just my opinion.

Some New Husky Comments for Upcoming Season and Beyond
I was stuck in a vehicle with my brother (a beaver) all day yesterday. He basically is saying the exact same spew. Two close losses have given both our rivals lots of energy, hope, and delusion. Coach Lanning needs to remind them who has owned the PNW the last couple decades and show them it is not about to change.

Pac-12 Questions and a Few About OBD?
Yes. We appreciate both Nevada dawg and SoGaDawg on this site. Please come often, talk football, and share your knowledge. We love hearing from respectful/passionate fans from all teams..... Except the little dogs from up north.

What Are Realistic Expectations for Oregon in 2023?
With a healthy Bo the sky is the limit. But, if Bo goes down... I feel this season could get ugly in a hurry.

Ruh-Roh! Fans Gnashing Teeth in Miami...
Hayward, I will agree with you that Chip rose the standards of expectations at UO. But, I must correct you on this (unless I'm misinterpreting it). It was Helfrich that recruited Marcus as an assistant and it was Helfrich who was Head Coach when Marcus won the Heisman. Not Chip. I 100% agree that Helfrich makes a much better OC than Head Coach and I honestly feel Mark and Chip were equally as lazy when it came to recruiting. But, I'm very thankful to both of their brilliant offensive minds.

CEO Group via Canzano on Pac-12 Media Deal: 'It Will Be Worth the Wait'
Better start writing! I feel this is inevitable. Very kind of you to make this offer to help.

Do YOU Want Oregon to Wear Throw-Back Jerseys for a Game?
I'm old. But, I am partial to the newer uniforms. That being said. I feel once a year these uniforms should be used for a BIG game. USC is a great choice for this year! Remind the soft boys from USC what GANG GREEN feels like!

How Much Negative is "Too Much" for the Our Beloved Ducks Forum?
Thank you for this. I agree this has been the case lately on many topics. It has kept me from posting several time just knowing it will trigger someone's need to push their agenda. We really need some fresh news to discuss!

Behind the Curtain, Former Duck Director of Recruiting Sounds Off
For a former employee to praise in this way means a lot. What really has me excited is that Coach Lanning recognizes these advantages and plans to make full use of them. I feel he will be around a long, long time.

Report: SDSU to Remain in Mountain West
To me this simply means the Pac? did not want to rush the process just to save SDSU some money. SDSU will still be the first school offered a place in the Pac. They'll just have to come up with 16mil if they want to join in less than a years time. It seems very likely that SDSU and SMU will both be joining sometime in the near future.

Be Proud: Oregon Baseball Finished 12th in the Nation!
Wasikowski definitely has this program trending upward. At a fairly high rate I may add. I loved seeing PK Park host a Super Regional. Great for the boys and the city.

FORE! Pro-Duck Wyndham Clark WINS U.S. Open
Incredible! I always thought Aaron would be the first Duck to do it. But, super happy for Clark!

Super Regional Game 3: Ducks LOSE 11-6, Season Ends
Players looked crushed. This team gave everything they had. While it may not have been the outcome we all hoped for... You can't help but be proud of them. Great season boys! Go Ducks!

The NEW Anti Pac-12, Pro SEC Propaganda Has Begun!
That is my only issue with Pate's opinion. He needs to recognize that talent alone does not make a TEAM. If it did USC and Texas would always be contenders. Yet, they rarely are.

Oregon Goes to No. 6 Vanderbilt, Nashville for Regional
Excited to see how far this team can make it. Go Ducks!

Hang in there PDuck. We are all pulling for you. Covid is tough. But, you're a Duck... you can beat it!

ESPN Not Interested in Pac-10 Tier One Media Rights?
Great points HappyToBeADuck! Now write a headline for those points that will grab national attention... Dobb's is all about the clicks.

FishDuck Take: Oregon Spring Game Concerns and Confidence
I have no problem looking to the portal for another backup QB. I just do not feel as strongly as Charles (and others) towards Ty proficiencies or lack there of. To say the Ducks can't win a game with him playing seems very extreme given what I saw once he settled into the game. Just my thoughts.

FishDuck Take: Oregon Spring Game Concerns and Confidence
While Ty has not lived up to anywhere near the hype he received coming out of high school. I do believe he is improving. My take: His nerves are still a HUGE issue for him. His first two processions were carbon copy what we saw during the season last year. He had one thought in his head.. get rid of the ball ASAP no matter the cost! Both of those series I believe ended up with Mase Funa getting hands on the ball. After that he settled in a bit and made a couple reads and check downs. I did feel towards the end of the first half (when he played with some urgency) he showed some promise, made some good reads, used his feet to buy time, and delivered some nice balls. This carried over a bit into the second half. Do I feel he has what it takes to win games... Yes. But, not against the better third of the Pac12. I do feel more confident in putting him in for clean up duty to protect Bo from unwanted exposure to injury. That is a plus.
