There was everything wrong with the Pac-12 management, and the university sycophants, that for decades propped up the crap management. And, upon further review, 2018 (231 pts / 14 games = 16.5). So this year's team defense is currently tied with 2023 & 2018 for average fewest points allowed per game over the past 50 years. Here's to hoping that they break the record.

So far, through 7 games, Oregon’s amazing defense is giving up an average of 16.6 points per game. If I did my math right, over the last 50 years, no Duck defense has allowed so few points per game.
