It this beatdown on Georgia continues, they should slide down the rankings past OBD.

Fake Injuries: Who Needs Time-Outs Anymore?
That's too funny. I didn't know that. I tried to attach a link to a bunch of the Cal players faking injuries in that game, but for some reason could not attach it. I was at that game and the Cal fake injury acting was absolutely unbelievable... and it just kept coming. But somehow, we pulled out one of the ugliest wins I've ever seen... 15-13. https://youtu.be/BEr6tHeuKnA?si=axz877sFYVm_TrWG

Fake Injuries: Who Needs Time-Outs Anymore?
The greatest display of faking that I've ever seen by a mile was when we played @ Cal in 2010. It was a beautiful day at Strawberry Canyon, and Cal nearly succeeded in beating us. Here's one of just many fake Cal injuries that day.

Fake Injuries: Who Needs Time-Outs Anymore?
I'm kind of wondering, with the number players having 'injuries' in a game, who needs time outs anymore?

How Far Does Miami Drop?
If Oregon, Penn, and Utah all win and perform really well, Miami might drop 1 or 2 spots. But it also wouldn't surprise me is they didn't drop at all. I think the powers that be really want a highly ranked ACC team.

New Uniform For Michigan State?
Luv these unis. And a yellow out looks so awesome in person, and on TV.

This is Serious: We Need an Updated Name for the Pac-12...Can You Help?
Sorry... it was a temporary moment of weakness 😉😄

This is Serious: We Need an Updated Name for the Pac-12...Can You Help?
I like "Scrap-12," but preferably without the 'S.' But if I was seriously looking for a conference name for this group of misfits, I like criticalducks "Pacific Mountain Conference." And I think "Pacific Mountain West" would work as well.

Where are the Will Stein Boo-Birds?
I was quite surprised by the amount of negative Dillion Gabriel talk there was around here during the first couple weeks of the season. Oddly, that also seems to have disappeared.

Quack is Back: Oregon Finally Finds Its Feathers in Rivalry Rout
Bryce Boettcher has arrived in a massive, and timely, manner. This rockstar, 2 sport, former Oregon football walk-on, phenomenal athlete, is a beast stud. If he keeps this up, he's going to have a tough decision to make: MLB or NFL. Or maybe he goes Bo Jackson, and does both. Not to mention, the kid is a South Eugene grad! Go Axemen - Go Ducks!

Ducks at No. 9 in AP Poll, & No. 6 with Coaches Poll
I suppose it gives us something to talk about. The only team I see that has something to gripe about is USC.

New AP Poll - Ducks Stay at No. 9 - Kind of A Crime!
The only thing that I think we can complain about is Miami jumping us and taking the #8 spot. But right now, after our rough outings in weeks 1 & 2, we're about where we should be. Just keep winning, baby, and all will be made right.

On Saturday: What Do YOU Want to See From Oregon?
Great comments. I agree wholeheartedly with your o-line comments. If we were a couple more games into the season, I could see our team putting up 40 plus points on the Beavis. But it's not, and o-line line needs more time to gel. I think our defense will do rather well today. We're going to win today, but it definitely will not be a thing of beauty. For these reasons, this is why I have Oregon winning 31-20

On Saturday: What Do YOU Want to See From Oregon?
I need to see our o-line get their stuff together and play like they are capable of. I don't need to see anymore of those "That Team Out West" videos. We've had enough clicks, and now it's time to just play football.

Let's Discuss! CFB College Football GameDay (All Other Games)
I watched most of the first half of the Arizona game. Arizona opened up the game with a beautiful 73-yard TD drive that looked like clockwork. K State then got the ball and did pretty much the exact same thing. 7-7 tie. And then, that was all she wrote for Arizona. K State dominated them after that.

The Great Beaver Sycophant Strikes!
I finally read the entire article and, first of all, this guy writes like a second rate romance novelist wannabe. "Hey-Zues, Judas, & 30 pieces of silver" -- c'mon man. Running with this asinine metaphor a bit more, Oram is a second rate false prophet. We are talking about college football here... right. But, in this clown's world, OSU is the one, unblemished, righteous PAC school. The Sacrificial Beaver without sin. These Beaver clowns are a pathetic bunch on so many levels. Oram, and his kind, leeched off the PAC-12 for decades. They overtly participated in enabling Larry Scott and his sycophants, for their glory, wallets, and their righteousness... all while they slowly rode the SS PAC-12 down into its sad and tragic watery grave. And now they have chosen to hide from all mirrors, as they do not have the courage to truly look into one. Oram & Co continue to take the easy path of blame, and have reduced themselves to blaming everyone else for their part in their own demise. And, as Oram continues, he only makes it better by suggesting that, in addition to Hey-Zues, the Beavers are also the equivalent of the Godfather's Michael Corleone... the brother who was the dense, half-witted, imbecilic one. Finally, this is where Bill actually draws on a stellar metaphor.

The "If Not For X, Then Y Would Have Happened" Sports Fallacy
Good teams, even when they sometimes play like crapola, somehow find a way to win. That's about all I know.
