  1. I think we hands down have the best resume... at last based upon the data. I believe we are the only team in all of CFB with two wins over Top-20 schools, let alone two wins over current Top-20 teams. Including one win over a Top-5 program. And after this Saturday, that will be three wins over Top-20 schools. I wish I could join you all this weekend at Autzen, and I hope you will all 'bring it' again, just like you did to OSU!
  2. USC definitely came to mind as well. Maybe Alabama? All I know for sure is that these are heady times to be an Oregon fan.
  3. Marcus has them with a 37-0 late in the 3rd quarter. But my question is, when was the last time a college had three NFL players playing QB all on the same weekend? We've got Herbert, Nix, and now Mariota. I don't know the answer.
  4. Yes... Riley might want to see if he can pull John Madden's classic bus RV out of storage.
  5. I'm thinking that you might want to check the Bottom-Ten rankings 😉
  6. Bama had better watch it, or they may find themselves bounced out of the Top 20 soon. They have #21 Missouri coming up next, and then #8 LSU.
  7. Herbstreit moving his family out of state and leaving Columbus OH partly due to the Buckeye fans, is just crazy nuts. Keep in mind that Kirk is/was a beloved 4 year OSU All-American QB who started his senior year and did very well. I am going to pause for a moment and give thanks to the football Gawds that I'm not an OSU fan.
  8. USuC can try to run, but they certainly can't hide.
  9. Following one of the biggest, emotional, and hard fought victories in Oregon history, for OBD to hop on a plane a few days later, travel 2,400 miles, on a short week, and shut out any team 35-0 is just damn impressive. I don't care that Purdue pretty much stinks. Given the above, the fact that OBD went into their stadium and from the outset, played like they owned the place, speaks volumes for the rest of this season.
  10. Sorry, but this comment was just too good to pass up. Thank you.
  11. That, plus the minor little detail of which he appears to kind of suck at coaching college football.
  12. Lanning wouldn't touch that yester-year program with a 10ft pole. USC, located in lovely South Cental LA, is where coaches who pretend they know how to coach, go to die.
  13. And likely crabs as well.
  14. There was everything wrong with the Pac-12 management, and the university sycophants, that for decades propped up the crap management. I'm thankful & grateful that we got out on our life raft and into the B1G, but it is such a shame that the powers-that-be destroyed our beloved, and historic, Pac-12.
  15. USC, now 3-4, has lost four games by an average of 3.5 points per game. That must seriously suck big time for them. Perhaps the Weed Eater Bowl is in their future. USC - Welcome to the B1G, and into the true Lincoln Riley era.
  16. Looks like it will be Oregon, Georgia, Miami. Miami... 5-2 Miami, who nearly lost another one to Louisville.
  17. Nah... OSU would still be miserable. It's apparently in their DNA.
  18. 100%. To me, going for it on the 4th was frankly, a rather asinine decision.
