    "The personnel set in his scheme is what let's him be flexible without having to sub." I like this philosophy! How many times did the defense get caught trying to line up or get subs in late. Offenses would go to hurry up and we would be penalized for 12 or look unready at the snap. Too many personnel groups caused problems for defense by smart offensive coordinators.
