I bet there's a lot more 1st team action when these things come out in December.

What Are Realistic Expectations for Oregon in 2023?
I bet the D is WAY improved, which fixes all but the GA game last year. Tech will 100k people going nuts, Shough will be fired up, but I agree...talent gap... we'll have a week to tune up against PSU at home, O-line...we'll put up up 50+. Usuc at home...mid season, we win that. Mutts on the road mid season with a much improved D...we win that too. Utah? 13-0, playoffs baby.

Is It Reasonable for Oregon to Reach Top 5 in Recruiting This Year?
I would be surprised if we didn't nab several 5* before this is over. Chip Kelly, and current beavers coach develop 3* and have huge success. Mari took a lot of 4* and staff didn't develop, and had crappy schemes. DL and company get 4/5 level kids, and coach them up with good schemes, there could be no stopping us!

10 College Football Coaches Facing Pivotal 2nd Seasons
Mari Cristbal may be the most expensive buy out in history and if they go 5-7 again he just might be the one who actually gets fired after year 2

Do YOU Want Oregon to Wear Throw-Back Jerseys for a Game?
Once a season yes! Diamond plate is old enough now to throw back. '94...yes. Joey years, 2001.. why not.

Pac-12 Quarterbacks Ranked by Ducks Wire Heading Into the 2023 Season
Repeat Heismann? Happened just once. USuC will falter at some point, 10-2 would be the over for me. Rising probably won't even play all season, the knee injury, we'll see. Phenix gets a lot of love, deservedly, but I think he and the mutts backslide a but this year. Nix has the better tools all around

Georgia's Astounding Success with 3-Stars Who Become STARTERS for Their 'Nattys
Seriously, think about the beevs going 10-3 with very few 4* at all. Chip Kelly years our 4/5 ratio was very low. Great position coaches and coordinators for many years from Brooks to Bellotti to Chip to Helf. Now you see Lanning and company landing 3* they want, getting elevated to 4* after the recruiting guru's see them in a few camps. These coaches have the eye for talent, and the coaching part is the final key. I think they have it!

My soon to be daughter in law (they're getting married Friday here in France, she's from Norway) birthday today, my daughter's birthday tomorrow, my son's girlfriend birthday tomorrow (they both arrived here yesterday) and we swam in the Mediterranean this evening for the first time ever, here in Cannes. Happy birthday America. Wore a green and yellow Duck T-shirt in the riviera tonight 😉. Your BBQ sounds delicious Charles but the food here is divine. Happy birthday sir Charles

A'lique Terry Making Statement on Recruiting Trail in First Year as O-Line Coach
If he develops and coaches these kids up and there a lotta future Sunday players, this offense will scare even Georgia defenses. And our D looks to be headed that way too!

QUAAACK! Ducks Land West Linn 5-star K Gage Hurych in 2024 Class
It's a little different system, kicker specific, and we've had some 5* before that didn't pan out. Not sure how Utah did it, or what they were rated, but them and UCLA seemed to have a long history of always having all-American punters and kickers. We had the punter that was a Ray Guy finalist back in the Chip Kelly years, but hopefully this kid will be at that level. Morgan Flint wasn't the 55 yd. FG every time kid, but was very consistent inside 45.

Signs Pointing to a Brandon Baker Oregon Verbal...
I think the new transfers in, plus the talented '23 class and what we are likely to recruit going forward...we'll be really good this year and even better down the road. Only concern is QB next year, although year 2 for Novasad and anther 20 lbs,..could be ok, and probably another 20 in year 3...or TT breaks out of the shell?

Five Duck Freshmen Who Will START This Fall?
Is August really fall? Right now I'm wondering if late June is really summer...dog dish frozen in the mornings, heater on. But this week supposed to go 90's and just the thought of the talent coming in fires me up plenty. 9 weeks!!!

Oregon Ducks Football: The Next Kayvon Thibodeaux
There will be a couple true freshmen who will make a big splash this fall, as well as some of the transfers, on both sides of the ball. Defense in particular. Lanning has his type of players who fit his scheme better on D. I see a drastic improvement over last year, and the Offense will be record setting. Civil War game...Mateo sacks his brother. Your description of a pick 6 gave me an additional fantasy. Mateo steps around about to make another sack and DJ doesn't see him as he tries to flick a quick screen out to the edge. Short range snag, bobble, grab and run. Dorlus coming around pancakes DJ with a block as DJ tries to go tackle his brother to prevent the TD. This year is gonna be great

HAIL CAESAR! Pac-12 Over/Under in 2023
All of these things are always so much built upon "last year" and hindsight is 20/20 but foresight is missing with these clowns.

The Will Stein Oregon Offense: Four Verts
I can wait. Now, I hope WE have a lot of NFL type DB's (current recruiting is very promising!) I wanna beat the mutts and USuC so bad and I hope our offense overloads them big time. Now, can our D get pressure this year, that might be the real difference.

Nations FASTEST WR Visiting Oregon Now
The 5 star LB's (and elite interior D linemen didn't hurt any) were a staple of the Lanning 4-2-5 at Georgia. Elite DB's don't hurt either I suppose, but fast guys who can support against the run are key. Noah Sewell didn't really fit the flow. I agree these coaches see high upside 3 stars like the Belotti/Kelly years. I think this staff will develop them like those coaches too, unlike Mari Cristbal. Hopefully they are under-ranked gems, they seem to get a lot of interest from other schools and their stars jump up once they commit to Oregon. It must be true or other coaches wouldn't suddenly offer just because Oregon got a commit...they must know this staff is going to be good and I can't wait for this fall.

Fourth in Nation: Duck Women Finish on Podium in NCAA Track & Field
No podium, a close 4th. Good job but...Feels like something needs to change to get back to where Track Town should be. We need a world class indoor facility, Mr. Knight. We have the coolest track stadium in the world already. What's the deal? Men scored 2 points. Ugh.

College Football News - AP Poll and Bowl Game Projections
Texas will go 8-4, USuC will not finish top 10, nor make a NY6 bowl. Holiday bowl maybe. Mutts will be 9-3 I agree LSU wins SEC West. Not so sure tOSU will be in the playoff. PSU and MI may beat each other up
