  1. I really thought Miami would get blown out. Congratulations Indiana.
  2. I remember that well. I think there was little over one minute left when he fumbled.
  3. Mario's strategy on boring the other team into dull play might not work this time.
  4. Those questioning Dante seem to ignore a season end plagued by receiver and running back injuries. The entire offense was being reformatted.
  5. Fan since 1967 and don't remember the Ducks ever having the most fans at a bowl game. Any willing to spend the money were probably hoping to get to the Championship Game.
  6. Having sat in Autzen in the late sixties and seventies there is no way I would complain about this. Go Ducks.
  7. It's simple. I really want Miami so we have to win today.
  8. I feel the bright green helmets make potential targets for Dante much more visible.
  9. How many exhibit Bitter Beaver Face?
  10. I can't remember any bowl game that Oregon had the largest share of the crowd.
  11. I cannot grasp why any player would transfer away from a solid chance at a national championship to get a slight edge up the portal queue.
  12. A lot like the Seahawks uniforms from Thursday. Who is the leader?
  13. I only remember maybe 5 to 8 Ducks in the last 50 years with that kind of speed and none that big. Hope he has the moves and hands.
  14. Generally speaking I think that NIL money should eventually lead to teams in bigger markets dominating. More opportunities to tie in with big companies in sponsorship deals. Rich doners will creat exceptions but there is no way Pullman can match the deals that can be done in LA.
  15. The number one in the article is recruiting. I don't think the article goes far enough. What I noticed with Mario and more so with Lanning is every new coach hired seems to be known for recruiting. Almost without exception and most are young and energetic. Good at their positions also, but great recruiters.
  16. ND is being ridiculous as they have enjoyed a favored status for decades. Generally I have enjoyed their usual post season beat down as an undeserving team. I particularly enjoyed Oregon State's 41 to 9 Fiesta Bowl win in 2001.
  17. The playoff structure is like a pyramid, the more teams included the more teams "almost" made it and will be complaining about being slighted.
  18. It has been ages since I saw anyone disqualified for drug tests or academic reasons. Are they still a factor?
  19. Alabama in with three losses is a travesty. Then, to hear their former coach be given a platform to try to eliminate the smaller schools in future playoffs. The SEC already had a stacked presence.
  20. Hope he doesn't steal recruits as the day approaches.
  21. The dropoff I see at WR is the subs seem to have a few more drops. Otherwise talented.
  22. Despite the loss I think they looked much better in this game.
  23. Pretty silly. Dante has played a very small percentage of forth quarter minutes due to huge leads.
