My speculation is that SUC is offering more money, but he wants to go to OBD.

If you’re talking about Chris Henry then it’s Texas who allegedly has the biggest offer on the table.

No.

I assume this change is due to Hartline leaving for South Florida. Is it a given that tOSU is a no?

Certainly hoping the Ducks can reel Chris Henry Jr in! Great recruiting class either way though!

Congrats my Duck friends, this class will pay dividends and I’m very happy to see it!

here's hoping he wants to be part of a deep and impactful receiver room.

Thank you, Charles.

14 fewer recruits than SC and yet, so close. But Oregon is winning the battle of the average recruit ranking. 2nd in 247's top 10 and only slightly behind Bama.

How about two Left Coast schools ahead of Ohio State, Michigan, and, OMG! Penn State.

UW's class is ranked No. 13 by 247. I believe this is UW's highest ranking ever.

Eight B1G teams ranked in the top 30 by 247. I think this could be an all-time B1G showing for the conference.

Considering quality over quantity, how about Billy Bob Belichick at UNC? 39 recruits signed, and the Tar Heels are not in the top 15. And, BTW, and with TB still missing, the Patriots under Ohio State grad and possible COY, Mike Vrabel, are 10-2, in the POs, and QB Drake Maye could be the POY.

It would be sweet to finish first and score another win over USC.😁

Hopefully, Oregon gets at least one of Lott or Henry. Both are going to be major impact players.

I truly believe that this success is a direct result of Dan Lanning. Critics will certainly say that “well, it’s just a product of Phil Knight and all that Nike money.”

Ok, so sure, the money helps, but Lanning is cut from the same cloth as Kirby Smart in this regard. He is ultra competitive and can’t stand to lose, so he tirelessly works his butt off to give his team any advantage that he can. Such as winning in recruiting HS players, and solidifying talent levels through the portal. What’s more is that much like Kirby, he not only knows what to do and gives his all to accomplish it, he is learning how to accomplish it!

I hated losing Lanning, but It’s great to see him at the only other D-1 team I love, and it’s great to see that like Kirby, he is completely loyal to his team! I haven’t heard even a whisper of any big time programs even making slight rumblings of trying to attract him. Lanning must have shut that down immediately before it even got started. Otherwise I’m sure he would have been a major target in this crazy coaching carousel.
