It was first down, the quarterback threw the ball out of bounds under pressure, so it would have naturally been second and 10. He was then penalized with intentional grounding, with the penalty being loss of down. That would make it 3rd and 10. If it doesn't, that would mean there was no penalty for intentional grounding.
