Nobody goes undefeated but this a nice start for the Liberty. Sabrina plays a nice roll where she can star or contribute, whatever is needed. Her ability to triple double highlights what she can do in multiple ways.

In that same article link, below the $10M TE story for signing a graduating high school player, it mentions, “The 49ers signed fourth-round pick CJ West…His four-year deal will pay him $5.21 million, including a $1.01 million signing bonus.” Granted it is for a DLineman. But a 4th round pick in NFL is getting $5M for 4 years vs what these unproven high school kids are getting at exponentially MORE?!

Walsh is a Finalist for Bobby Bragan Collegiate Slugger Award
Porter replied to 30Duck's topic in Our Beloved Ducks
Seems like Neville should be getting a little love there .. What he did this year, expanded to 162 games is HOF stuff. Not saying he could do it there with a wooden bat vs MLB pitchers but nobody else in college ball hit that many dingers, including Walsh who DID have a great season as well.- 1 reply

Oregon Lands Commitment From 4-Star WR Messiah Hampton Oregon’s recruiting dry spell ended in a big way on Friday, as the Ducks picked up a commitment from 2026 4-Star Rochester (NY) James Monroe wide receiver Messiah Hampton. Hampton chose the Ducks from a top group that also included Miami, Syracuse, Penn State, Georgia, Ohio State and Michigan. Hampton is the No. 48 player in the On300 rankings, the No. 7 wide receiver and the No. 1 prospect in New York. New wide receivers coach Ross Douglas leaned on his prior relationship with Hampton to land his first commitment since joining Lanning’s staff and the first wide receiver in Oregon’s 2026 recruiting class. With Hampton now in the fold, Oregon’s 2026 recruiting class has climbed back into the top-10 classes nationally, coming in at No. 8 according to On3. The Ducks have eight verbal commitments, headlined by 5-star Reidsville (NC) tight end Kendre Harrison, who has shut down his recruitment and is all-in on the Ducks. On the latest episode of the Ducks Dish Podcast, ScoopDuckOn3’s Max Torres and Justin Hopkins break down Hampton’s commitment and what it means for Oregon Football. They also take a look at what’s next for Douglas at wide receiver in the 2026 class, with more of Oregon’s top targets scheduled to take their official visit with the Ducks before making a summer commitment. 2026 4-star Opa Loka (Fla.) wide receiver Calvin Russell has Oregon in his top group heading into his college commitment date of July 5. 2026 4-Star Lucas (Tex.) Panther Creek Athlete Jalen Lott also has high interest in Oregon ahead of his official visit in Eugene next weekend. USA takes a look back at what the PO fields would have been with a 16-team, 5-11 format. Big winner? Not the SEC, it's The B1G. Who benefits from College Football Playoff expansion to 16 teams? WWW.USATODAY.COM If College Football Playoff indeed expands to 16 teams, it will become a more attainable destination for three-loss teams from coast to coast. FWIW, I believe the B1G should go with the 5-11 format, IF the SEC plays 9 conference games.
