  1. Just further evidence that while Coach Mario could amass talent, he completely under utilized it. What a waste...
  2. Awesome! Welcome to the forums and appreciate the focus on women's sports, I also share the opinion that they don't get enough attention.
  3. That particular Alamo Bowl was a nightmare come to life. Everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. I can't recall who was the backup center but I distinctly remember him constantly snapping the ball way too high, making an unbearable situation even worse. If the snapping were consistent, I think Oregon could have clawed their way to a narrow victory in regulation. Oh well...
  4. I don't mind the color, I'm a T-Mobile subscriber
  5. They won the last 6 games of their season including their bowl game, I think they probably have it figured out.
  6. Should be interesting to watch. Obviously an SC fan would be excited by Caleb but getting an awesome QB doesn't fix their soft OL. It'll be pretty tough for them to get double digit wins if he's constantly running for his life all game long.
  7. You could tell he wanted to bust out laughing lol
  8. Maybe he's going to line up 3 giant DTs and have them maul the opposing team's OL all game long?? lol
  9. During an interview which included DL, Tosh threw some shade at the guy down South which drew a chuckle from me.
  10. It would be absolutely bananas if DL can reel in this kid, holy moly!
  11. Oregon has now snuck into the top 25 on 247 Sports!
  12. I wonder if they're still relying on that "Our Kinda Guy" mantra...
  13. Mario couldn't possibly think having a DC 1 day before signing day is enough time for a 5 star recruit to feel comfortable committing to...wow.
  14. I just realized Michigan is one of the leaders for Josh Connerly, Harbaugh leaving likely changes the equation for him very significantly.
  15. Striking while the iron is hot I suppose. Maybe Oregon can swipe a couple of their good players if they transfer out
  16. I know it probably doesn't have anything to do with who he commits to but him dressed in green on that pic fills me with hope lol
  17. That probably speaks to the lack of talent that you mentioned and possibly that he's just not a very good HC, just a decent OC.
  18. Agree that the secret is out. Coach Mario thinking he knows offense better than Moorehead by overriding his playcalling will turn off any potential OC from joining that staff. It makes me wonder if Marcus Arroyo was actually better than what the season stats showed because of the same issue? In any case, Cristobal didn't do himself any favors by not prioritizing hiring coordinators first before the rest of the staff. Most OCs/DCs want to have a say in what position coaches they want to work with, not have that dictated to them. What's the over/under on him being booted out of Miami? Shorter or longer than Taggarts career at FSU?
  19. Sounds like a level of delusion almost equal to puppy fans.
  20. True but one can dream I like the inroads DL and staff are making with 2023, 2024, and even 2025 potential recruits. They're certainly not wasting any time!
  21. My gut says Iluli is probably going to follow Cristobal, unless maybe the latest coaching news out of Miami starts to give him 2nd thoughts. James will probably flip to Oregon where he is sorely needed. Would love it if the Ducks reeled in a top 25 recruiting class, that provides some more momentum for 2023 recruiting hype.
  22. I would certainly hope so, otherwise you're just getting beat up every day...
