  1. It seems the sports commentator has completely forgotten the last 4 years worth of OL recruiting at Oregon...
  2. That was a wicked run. After years of straight line running it's a breath of fresh air to see RBs that are shifty and have good field vision.
  3. Chase Cota is becoming what I thought he would be, a reliable safety valve Nix can rely on.
  4. James is a gutsy runner, I like him a lot.
  5. I feel like the LBs are still trying to figure things out...
  6. Defense is playing solid overall, so is the offense and even special teams. Not perfect by any stretch but a really good effort and focus by OBD.
  7. For all the bluster made about how physical BYU is, they get penalized a lot for holding.
  8. Franklin had a bit of a breakout game against EWU, I think we’re starting to see him establish himself as the WR1
  9. WOW nice catch by Franklin and good job on patience by Nix to allow that to develop!
  10. Barf. That’s not the first time Sewell (and others) sat there staring at the QB instead of paying attention to the players around them. I hope DL gets in his ear about that.
  11. BYU’s adjusted to the defense. Let’s see how Lupoi responds after the break.
  12. I like how the defense is really concentrating on keeping BYU’s running game in check so far.
  13. I think they were sick and tired of hearing how “physical and mature” BYU’s lines were all week. Frankly so was I.
  14. Ducks already have BYU on their heels, let’s hope they keep putting on the pressure!
  15. On offense: - Bo Nix to continue playing within the offense and with patience. - A running back to show up and separate himself from the pack. On defense: - DL/LBs to make an impact and start invading the pocket with better frequency. - Continue improving on tackling. *Note to Charles* Maybe it's just my Chrome browser but it looks bullet and numbered lists aren't working properly.
  16. I'm going the other way and will say this will be a battle in the trenches... Oregon 17 BYU 14 TO's: 2 Sacks: 4 Passing Yards: 200
  17. For me it would. Amazon Prime Video, in terms of quality programming and selection is comparable with Netflix. Plus if you have Amazon Prime Video, you likely have Amazon Prime (which I do) so there's the added benefits of that membership as well...I do a lot of shopping on Amazon instead of having to drive to stores and fight crowds to get things like school supplies so the free shipping that comes with that membership is a boon. If I had to make a choice, I'd probably discontinue Netflix or maybe HBO Max if I were downsizing my streaming services. My kids would murder me if I tried to cut off Disney+...
  18. I didn't experience any video/audio sync issues when I watched. Commentator volume was decent as well, sounds like some isolated issues that just need to be ironed out.
  19. Been watching the game on Amazon for the last 20 minutes. So far I'm impressed. Camera work on/around the field, on screen graphics, commentary, etc. are all just as good as what you'd see on ESPN, ABC, Fox, etc. No problems with video studdering in fast motion sequences or awkward transition between programming and commercials like Sling has. This is actually a pretty polished product as far as I'm concerned. Very pleasantly surprised.
  20. I haven't been impressed with Flowe so far. He's got the aggression and the motor but after basically not playing for 2 years, his instincts are off. It's going to take a while for him to regain them and become the the monster we know he should be.
  21. My first job out of college was exactly like that.
  22. It's on a downward trajectory, unfortunately for cable. I cut off Xfinity last year because T-Mobile launched 5G home wifi service in my area, I average anywhere from 200-400 mbps all day. Not quite as fast as Xfinity's offerings but more than enough for my home's needs plus NO DATA CAP. Now I get marketing mail from Xfinity every month trying to win me back with extra fast internet speeds with no data caps (but on a contract). They're seriously sweating the inevitable nationwide roll-out of ISP competition from the wireless companies.
