I'd say the biggest thing is simple interest and desire to do it. Kelly didn't have those, and of course neither did Frost. Cristobal didn't discover a secret formula to bring in recruits. -
I agree. He calls it as he sees it. He will ask tough questions and take a stand on something where other media types won't. He also can handle if something he says comes back and bites him.
