Oregon Should Reciprocate In-Game Softball Reviews
Dot's reviews were annoying, even more than Miami's football edition last year. On Friday, the reviews on Luchar exposed a ridiculous flaw in the rule, hopefully it can be corrected. As for Dot's "genius" in spotting it, I don't buy it. Luchar stole a base, Dot didn't like that so she called a challenge, that's it.

Oklahoma City, Here We Come!
So much for no lead being too much for Liberty. Grein gave up a home run and another hit in the 1st, then doused the next 19 Flames in a row, until a close play at first broke the streak, but no matter, it was 13-1 Oregon by then. Good job taking out A & M, Liberty, but you got Jane'd.

Oregon's Eleven-Game Win Streak Comes to an End, 7-3 in B1G Tourney
After the 11 game win streak, a loss was coming, and it sure did. The Ducks hit the wall harder than Wyllie Coyote did chasing after the Roadrunner. Murphy's Law was in play. In the previous 54 games, OBD had 39 errors. I'm not a math whiz, but that's below 1 a game. Against Nebraska they had 4! Oh, oh, Nebraska found the blueprint on how to beat Grinsell! No. He was off his game today Sandy Koufax had games like that. There is one problem though, let alone no home runs, Neville is 2-24, and he's striking out more, getting more stressed about getting a hit. I'd shuffle the line-up a bit, no need for him to be leading off, try 5th, see what that does.

Oregon's Eleven-Game Win Streak Comes to an End, 7-3 in B1G Tourney
I agree. This clearly was not representative of Oregon baseball. During the broadcast it sounded like the Ducks definitely have a Regional, and a graphic showed that a top 8 seed is deserved, they had the Ducks up against 3 other contenders and Oregon was above all of them. So far, 6 of the Top 16 teams were eliminated early in their conference tournaments.

Super Regional: Oregon vs Liberty Oregon Walks Off Game 1, 3-2 in extra innings
Apparently ridiculous loophole that Liberty exploited. It is not spelled out in the rules that a runner can re-establish contact with the base.

MBB: Coverage of Men's Basketball Program (2)
Let's go with this: Since Bittle wasn't invited to the NBA Draft Combine in Chicago, this workout with the Warriors could just be being used as a sort of tool to figure out what he needs to continue to work on or improve in his final campaign with Oregon. Hearing from the likes of Golden State coach Steve Kerr and general manager Mike Dunleavy will leave some constructive criticism on what it will take for him to succeed at the next level down the road.

Big Ten Baseball on the Rise, but Will Teams Commit Resources to Take the Next Step?
the SEC is one of the leagues doing well. The betterment of the game, (making other conferences stronger, the game nationally better) is not something they would support.

Probably because of him, the Trojans reserve 55 for their best LB. So, go forth, Matthew Johnson!

Oregon Ducks vs. Nebraska ‘Cadiac’ Cornhuskers: Big Ten Tournament Prediction, Preview Friday 4pm PT/7pm ET
Works for me. Nebraska was fortunate to get by Michigan State. Nebraska will say they made their luck. But it was State's right fielder who had the game ending 3rd out pop out of his glove. Later it was State that let a grounder somehow roll past Nebraska's infield. First, despite the saying, "destiny can't be controlled" it's the point of destiny. But anyway, Nebraska isn't that team anyway. Oregon isn't a team of "destiny" either, they're just really good.

Good workman like win for OBD, Aroz went 3-4, including a double, finished with 3 RBI, Player of the Game.

Schedule Change for OREGON, and the B1G Baseball Tournament
As I understand this, if Oregon loses to Michigan State tonight, the game against Nebraska, on their home field, is a Must Win, isn't it?

There's the Thrill of Victory, and Then There's THIS!
Since I mentioned Agee & Swoboda previously:

CFP Moves to Straight Seed Approach for Byes
They weren't' excluded before, the byes went to conference champions. Now there is no incentive at all for Notre Dame to join a conference, "Oh don't bother Notre Dame, here you go."

There's the Thrill of Victory, and Then There's THIS!
I gotta say, my interest in sports started in '69 with the Jets & Broadway Joe winning Super Bowl lll, then it was the Miracle Mets, Seaver, Tommy Agee, Ron Swoboda making miracle catches in the OF, and finally, the Knicks, with Walt "Clyde" Frazier beat the Lakers 4-3, to win the NBA Championship, and oh yeah, THIS>

You Just Made the List, Buddy! OBD is No. 1 in the B1G, and the Playoff 2nd Seed, According to...
Michigan does have 13 starters returning, ranking 10th in that category. For comparison, OBD has 10. Last season, after the Natty, they returned 5. so, there is reason for optimism. Oregon however is not returning its QB, leading receiver, leading running back, the O & D lines, along with the secondary will be new for the Ducks. Let's see if Oregon reloads or has to rebuild. Sadiq is not regarded as a returning starter, so there's that.

Super Regional: Oregon vs Liberty Oregon Walks Off Game 1, 3-2 in extra innings
I have no doubt that the Ducks will take this game, this "Opportunity" in Duck talk, seriously. A Super Regional @ The Jane is what they play for.

Super Regional: Oregon vs Liberty Oregon Walks Off Game 1, 3-2 in extra innings
It won't be Stanford, but emotions will be high as Liberty is in Oregon's way to get to Oklahoma City. Who will be in the circle for the Ducks?

Softball: Eugene Regional Stanford Run Rules Oregon 14-1
Like Paige Sinicki said, "There was no doubt we were going to win this game" after Stanford got a grand slam in the 1st inning, then led 7-3. Incredible performance, and it all worked out, they got their Super Regional.

USC Demands Major Date Change to Keep Notre Dame Rivalry Alive
This seems to be registering with the national media. ND has lived a dream for long enough. Who knew it would be SC that would sound the alarm.

USC Demands Major Date Change to Keep Notre Dame Rivalry Alive
No better example of this than last year's Indiana, a media dream. Out of nowhere, new coach, appealing, somehow. But don't bother to look at the SoS. Just because Finebaum pointed it out doesn't mean it wasn't true.
