  1. Mount Saint Mary's, from Maryland, is playing Duke now. In a few minutes, Saint Mary's, from California, once coached by Ernie Kent, will be playing Vanderbilt.
  2. How far can Duke go without Connor Flagg? Apparently, the question doesn't need to be asked, Fladd missed the ACC Tournament, but he's ready to go against Mount Saint Mary's in today's first round game. I don't think Duke needs Flagg to win this game, so his ankle is probably okay. Should Duke get past Mount Saint Mary's, Flagg will be needed against Baylor in Rd.2.
  3. Definitely against Liberty, but really every game, Bittle needs to be the focus of the offense. He can make 3's, but his, and Oregon's best advantage is to get the ball to him in the paint before a 3 is attempted.
  4. SIDEARM Integrations GODUCKS.COM (10) Oregon takes on (7) Vanderbilt Friday in the first round of the NCAA Tournament (2:30 p.m. PT,. ESPNews).
  5. Oregon or Liberty? How to pick 5 vs. 12 matchup in 2025 March Madness bracket WWW.SPORTINGNEWS.COM Here is a complete guide to picking No. 5 Oregon vs. No. 12 Liberty in your 2025 March Madness bracket, including updated odds...
  6. 8 is the lowest, maybe ever, for a Few Gonzaga team, their streak of 9 Sweet 16's in a row is definitely in jeopardy.
  7. Go with your first pick! 10 Ark beats 7 Kansas 79-72
  8. I want to take 7 Arkansas over 10 Kansas...but I can't.
  9. There have a been a lot of upsets already, probably more to come, share your observations, predictions here. Brackets busted: McNeese survives Clemson comeback for historic March Madness win WWW.YARDBARKER.COM The first major upset of the 2025 NCAA Tournament is in the books.
  10. UNC, which should not even be in plays Ole Miss tomorrow. Can they count on Belichick to be there? He is busy.
  11. Not going well for our Dawgs brothers, 8 Gonzaga has a 60-43 lead over 9 Georgia, 12:40 left. 8/9 should be competitive games, but 9 Creighton buried 8 Louisville.
  12. Clemson rallied, scored 54 in the 2nd half, but McNeese holds on for the win, 69-67.
  13. Will we get the 12 over 5 out of the way the first day? 12 McNeese over 5 Clemson 31-13 at halftime.
  14. "Most returning starters" is one of the factors that always gets a lot of attention, usually good attention. But if the new guys are better, I'm fine with that.
  15. That is the question. Losing your star player is never good, especially when he's probably the POY. Duke always gets watched, this 1st round game is going to be the most interesting in a while.
  16. Integrity>Revenue, would be a nice change.
  17. As Herm Edwards said, "You play to WIN the game!"
  18. Creighton gets Auburn. Louisville cut it to 14, 89-75 for a final, but it was more than that for a lot of the game.
  19. Does Prime still have, "the receipt" from the last time the Buffs and Ducks played?
  20. Oregon got hosed in the CFP. But Louisville got it even worse in the NCAA Tournament. Louisville finished No. 10 in the final AP Poll, and got an 8 seed, against 9, unranked, Creighton. The winner gets overall No.1, Auburn.
  21. No doubt about this one. The Wisconsin win was good for meeting the challenge, handling adversity. But if Penn State and Oregon had switched places via the B1G Championship in the CFP? Absolutely yes!
  22. The tallest player to ever play at Oregon, for a short time, is Bol Bol, all 7'3 of him. Duke & Flagg are great, but my pick is Florida. The back court can shoot, all have handles, and are 6'4, 6'4, 6'5, 6'4, 6'2, 6'3, 6'4. Greedy, much!
  23. Another huge "If only" for OBD. If only Boucher hadn't blown out his knee in the Pac-12 Tourney...
  24. Nice pick, Connor, you'd be welcome at FishDuck! Oregon goes 2-0 vs Duke in the Sweet 16, but Alabama get revenge for the beating early in the season. It could happen.
  25. Yep, $$$vs. common sense, fairness. The idea of a CCG is ridiculous, nothing but a money grab. One team almost always wins the conference championship by their play during the season, giving a team that didn't play as well a 1 game chance to "win" the title is ridiculous. If two teams end up with the same record, that's what tie breakers are for. This also makes a lot of sense, but there's that $$$ again.
