Just saw post season rankings that show Oregon at #7... including behind FSU. The Flames apparently only lost 2 spots, to #25, after that massive blowout, which could have been far worse, had Oregon not pulled several of their star players. The disrespect is almost palpable.

My most exciting game ever at Mac Court involved sitting behind the beavs student section with a couple friends, including Russ Francis and a couple offensive linemen... Never felt so safe at a rivalry game!

While the fuskies did provide d-stain for the PNW division of the the pac (and now the B1G), I, too hold them in disdain. I will sadly watch their attempt to win a semi-legit bragging right, vs the whoa-verines, simply because Jim Harbaugh may be the only thing I disdain more... I think I just experienced a gerd episode.

Would love to see OBD go 3-0 in that stretch, but that would require at least one game of fuski-esque "luck", IMHO. Go Ducks! Let's get future this Oregon retiree his first NC run!
