Always something! The money would be huge so I don't get it.

I have a great feeling about the direction of this team. I believe with the money they spent on his staff then that's saying you have the backing to get this done. Taggart recruited well, Mario somewhat at least evolved enough to give two PAC 12 Championship's. Now Lanning to me is a upgrade by 100. He will get Oregon right back up and on top. I believe this is the guy. They went out and paid out the most they've ever shelled out for Tosh as our new DC. Now pay for players and I want to see if Oregon truly wants to win it all. So far call me impressed.

As usual a great piece by Josh. We are gonna see real soon how good or great Dan and his staff are gonna be. I believe they will be even better than you know who.

The thing is Dollars is more talented than both Verdell and Dye. He just needs to show it in the Spring if he stays.

That's funny I new we would beat OS as I thought we got the players and we are 0-9 against them so we are bound to win one sooner or later. So said we would win and we looked good doing it in their house. Then the wheels basically fell off against Stanford. Georgia though I'm not so sure we win that one. If we do awesome then Lanning will be called the Magician in his first season as HC. So if we go 11-1 that would be like saying TWO new QBs and which ever one the use and I hope Thompson beats Nix out they would have to be impressed the media.

No your not! I did hear them say that Fowler and Herb's mention what the Ducks were getting and mentioned his name 3 times. They said Oregon was going to get something special basically so that's good enough for me. I have looked at all the video's and didn't see Dan. That's ok because he will be getting his just do as soon as next season and especially say if the Ducks go 11-1 regular season and make the playoff's. They'll be talking about him and the Ducks whether they like it or not. Also Oregon especially this year was talked about highly until the end.

That's what I was hoping is the Lanning's defense would stop Bama and yes they did it. I have had the team I wanted to win it all and it happened. This is huge for Oregon and SC got Riley as who cares he fled because he new he wouldn't be able to win in the SEC so he fled to SC thinking he would make SC great again. Not gonna happen because Oregon hired a better HC and it will start happening as soon as today Tuesday the 11th.

Mike yes you would have thought after that great win and first win against OS. It should have ended that way and in the playoff's. This was all on Mario and that's just my opinion.

I agree Darren and I also believe the Ducks schedule sets them up for 11-1. YAYYYYYYY.

What about Pharoah Brown. If he doesn't get hurt earlier that would of also been a nightmare problem for OS. Man all's I remember before he went out with that ugly injury he was tearing it up.

Well look at JS with Sanders as the their HC. They just signed the number 1 recruit plus the 5 star W/O from the state of Missouri committed. You know it wasn't just Dion that got them to play for a College that's below D-1. I mean come on they got two better players from HS than Oregon has. That to me is not evolving to the situation like all these other teams. Oregon is way to slow at this game. I know the coaching change has made a huge impact so if you can spend like all these others then quite frankly I expect Oregon to have a TOP 5 class from here on out. Also I liked what they said about making the money about keeping them from transferring out so this would work to our benefit you would think.

So why haven't we heard anything about Oregon doing this? Phil Knight and 30 Million is chump change. I guess we will see if he and other boosters feel they really want Oregon in the Championship someday soon. I mean Phil is getting pretty up there in age. He obviously hasn't found the fountain of youth yet. So Come on Mr Knight are you gonna do what your NIKE slogan suggests. Just Do It!

Yes I have to agree with you as I looked at Oregon's schedule and they should be favored to win every game except the first one. This team will have a lot of younger players who have experience help this team. I expect Oregon's defense to be the best it's ever been and our offense explosive enough to hopefully put up 40 points a game as in attack all defenses.

If they wanted to save the integrity of the game then it's already to late by doing this in the first place. I know for a fact the SEC was cheating long before this and now they don't like what A@M just did. Certainly now the stakes just got higher for Mr Saban and his HOF career. I just hope and I mean really hope Kirby Smart out coach's him Monday night so Georgia can win it.

Sorry didn't mean to be vulgar but man those guys really stunk it up over there. Justin was really the same way before he did his own site which I don't even hear about Scoop Duck anymore but yeah he was very sensitive when I called him out. Yes we can and need to do it respectively. When your clearly being wrong then shame on you just like when Mario had the " CAHONE'S " to call out Duck Nation in a Stadium that a whole lot of them had been going to long before he brought his boring coaching style to Eugene. Telling fans not to boo. That was a huge red flag.

OH yeah as you know I paid to read and post on that site and I always called him and Eric out for terrible journalism and when they did their audio's it was even worse. The part I hated about that site is I wasn't paying for just Oregon Duck information as they rubbed our faces with SC, Miami and Mario and I didn't want to read about him nor Miami. I voiced my displeasure about it and they are a CBS Site which catered to the SUCK. I hate the site and they have a terrible ranking any way you want to put it. C+ is terrible and not worth the hassles. I continued calling them out. Surprisingly Matt took it reasonably well and Eric was a Big P----. They acted as if their sporting knowledge was astoundingly great and it wasn't. Also like clock work every time a 4 or 5 star signed with Oregon their original ranking would somehow go down which there is a reason for this obviously. I had complained about this so many times it got a whole lot of fans rankled not at me but at them 247. I mean it's obvious there's some reason behind this. I mean don't get me wrong I loved both those guys and for what they did they just don't need to come back as there are better options sitting behind them. I mean maybe Lanning doesn't even want them and what about Dillingham as maybe he wants more speed for his offense in the backfield. I don't know but we are used to cat like reflexes and speed and more speed. If you want a 40 point per game offense then you more than likely want guys that can take it to the house when those big boys open those carter like holes. LOL please lets do that.

My wish is that Georgia beats Alabama Monday in Indy! I am the underdog and always hope that the underdog wins as doesn't matter if you pray for it to happen the All Mighty doesn't care about the sports field period. So even though I wish it was Oregon against SC and the Ducks won it or even anybody else besides these two teams I have a Coach soon to be HC coming our way Tuesday. So I wish Mr Lanning complete success and Hope that he and Georgia beat Saban because he doesn't deserve another 'bought Championship. Thought's because I know all you on here more than likely feel the same.

OK people do you want Oregon to win it all? If Oregon doesn't pay players like A@M and the rest that are truly trying to win it all. A@M just got " SEVEN 5 Star players " as in are you kidding me. How can you compete with that unless your out bidding the competition. You can't so as much as us old grey beards hate whats happening to this game it's either do what they are doing or we as Duck fans who have watched Oregon come so close to lose because of an injury or say Newton's Father getting a deal for Scam to play for Auburn. I believe they did pay for him and got away with it. So in reality if the NCAA would have done their jobs he wouldn't have played in that game and Oregon win's it. So that proverbial saying is if you can't beat em join em. Its that simple and as a fan I'd really love to know what Phil Knight is going to do. Is he going to start telling his staff yes pay whatever it takes to get these 5 star players or 24 4 star players.

Whatever they say about expansion they need to do at least 12 teams and preferably 16. I don't care about the SEC I care about what is Oregon and Phil going to do now going forwards. I mean I have either Oregon Ducks or the Blazers? Well that's easy to figure out who I want because the Blazers are the biggest mess in their history which they aren't making any history just sucking. I kind of agree with that except Lanning I'm sure has other plans. He said Oregon's brand we can recruit the whole country. I would love to see them win Washington a lot more because of the talent. Texas is a hot bed and just this class had a lot of 4 star D lineman Mario wasn't even going hard after so to the point I say our worst recruiting efforts while he was here continued to be interior D lineman and that's why Tosh will more than likely get one stud and heck maybe 2 by the 2nd of February. Moss either way you look at it is a tweener and he may have been great in the State of Nevada and it's a whole different level in CF. The guy isn't going to dominate like some think he will and especially on the D line being across from guys 6-6 335 LBs trying to set the edge. Also look where he's going South Beach so talk about distractions. Does anyone think that Rodrigues had issues with players staying focused in Miami? I mean they are kids but lets be honest here Miami's defense won't even be close to Oregon's with the talent already on board including a sophomore DT that we just got from the Leg lifters. The guy had like 43 tackles inside. That right there was a huge get for Lanning. Lanning is already getting kids from the south east interested in Oregon. We've got some pretty good players in Bama's backyard that have worked out great for us. I wish we could have kept Jones because if he works hard he's gonna be a disruptive force for Auburn. He wanted to go home and play Bama and dominate their interior line guys and I guess he is just naturally very strong so put him into weight training and we see for a fact what he did just last year. I believe we got a better NT, DT 1 technique 3 Technique as in doesn't matter this kid is gonna be good for us next year.

At least they were both being respectful towards Oregon's program as you usually don't hear that kind of praise our way from the hateful up north. I look at it like what the SEC always or say Bama, Georgia, you know the big boys is they come in and poach promising coach's. Now this is what Oregon is doing and it will work out. They just have to work it harder than everybody else and this includes SC and I really don't think they've bettered themselves over us. I believe Lanning has a plan of who and where everybody recruits. This should work out well for Oregon now.
