I think injury reports should be totally transparent and thorough! When and why and how often are players getting injured are absolutely a stats that should be reported publicly. Players deserve to know, and coaches are negligent not to know. Mari-no-O was sooooo terrible with injuries.

I am a Duck, but I grew up in NOLA, and my mom is a Tulane grad. I actually went to preschool and elementary school w Peyton Manning (yes, I am aging myself). Peyton was a good guy, although I beat him in a foot race in 2nd grade. No one in NOLA knows Oregon exists. So bring it on!

I saw that pick play from a mile away. It’s not surprising how many “good” plays result from penalties. It drives me crazy when commentators lament that a holding or other penalty called back a good play. The “good play” could only have happened with the penalty.

Those DBs held Lemon, the “best WR in FBS,” to only 34 yards receiving, 4.89 yards per catch. OBD took away USCs strength and forced other players to step up. I think they did a fantastic job. The future is bright!

Yeah… USC’s 1.9 yards per rush is never going to win games. And it was the Ducks’ passing defense that was vaunted prior to the game. The Ducks defense proved today that they really are as good as their stats.

Archie Manning was a great QB for the Saints the 80s. ARCH Manning is Archie’s oldest son’s kid—not Eli’s or Peyton’s kid—Cooper’s kid. Have you ever heard of Cooper? Definitely not. I only know Cooper bc I went to Newman School with Peyton since preschool and Cooper was by far the cutest of the brothers. He also wasn’t very good at football. Maybe he took after his mom? 🤷‍♀️ Regardless, ARCH Manning is not very good.

I thought the games were fun to ponder and then see the results on the field. I love how the strengths of the leagues are no longer theoretical. We have data. The ACC is bad, and the B1G is good. SEC remains to be seen.

The big news they’re reporting is that 42% of resale tickets are going to TN residents. That means there’s another 58% of tickets going to other people. That doesn’t sound unusual at all. Less than half the resales are going to the other team. So what?

My head wants OSU2 to win and assert further B1G dominance over the SEC and crush UTn. And for the $$$. My hearts wants OSU2 (especially Ryan Day) to be humiliated at home twice in a row. With the predicted weather, it could be the best of both worlds—they both play terribly but OSU2 squeaks out a lucky win (only to be destroyed 12 days later).
