Winners wanna play for winners...I can see some 5* O Line flips, or maybe more important...5* D lineman, and lock down 5* corner. We are loaded at RB and have perhaps the best 5* in the country coming in at QB already. I think we are fine at WR too. ILB to replace Noah...assuming Flowe needs another season to develop before thinking he is NFL ready. He and Noah are different types of players anyhow.

A lot of us have whined about Crap 12 refs/umpires etc. for years, and the Conference even addressed it, admitting we had some less than D-1 level crews. In the sUCLA game, I don't think I screamed at the TV once because of officiating. A lot of screaming due to all our TD's, but not the refs. That was a first. 14-0 disparity in the TX-OSU game is interesting though. I do think USuC fans are generally big whiners though.

Chip's had an extra week to prepare too...Autzen will definitely help us. This will be the best offense sUCLA has seen, I expect our D to step up too. Their toughest game of the season by far so far...we've experienced Georgia. We win.

What I like is the week to week improvement, new coaches and schemes don't happen overnight. The O is a breath of fresh air. D improving. Recruiting will end up better than Mari-(n)o. Player development is huge...was as absent as the O under Mari.

And they will be back to 8-4 at best with Brian Kelly gone

I agree Charles, one of the facebook groups has a lot of parents, and they police it pretty hard. People are harsh. Most of the fb groups are really rude and harsh. I think for current players, a higher standard is appropriate. There are always players and coaches that won't make the fans happy, it's not like they aren't trying. People are too critical. The world's tough enough already.

I like Nix running head first and throwing blocks for his RB's, and he's a tank...just don't get hurt or we may be hurting. TT may do better with the 1's if he gets thrown into the fire that way, but I also hope Nix stays one more year to allow Moore a season without pressure to get ready for D1. Nix could really prove he's NFL ready with one more season, and another year of great recruiting (with an uptick even, as hopefully kids see how good this program is going to be, and how well these assistants coach kids up) will give Moore and a ton of talent on both sides of the ball a chance to make a legit run at a Natty.

New schemes and such, I think as long as we continue to see improvement, and we have, it's going to be good. Position coaches already seem to develop players better, not just recruit 4/5 star kids. That is HUGE
