Oh no! Not the egg shells again.

 

Was hoping that we’d retire those after the UW game…

Knew we were due for egg shell one more game this year. 

 

Hoping we get new uniforms soon. Getting tired of this look at the moment. 

 

Then again ... Supposedly after the 2021 season if Oregon was the home team for the pac-12 champ game there was supposed to be a new uniform roll out. 

 

That didn't happen that game and I don't think we've seen the new uniforms to date either. 

 

So maybe with a successful end of season??? 

Black pants, eggshell jerseys, black helmets.,,”we don’t need no stinkin’ Oregon colors!”

 

Once in a while is fine, but at times—Oregon tries too hard to be cool, IMHO.

We’re sure getting our money’s worth out of those chrome lids this year.

Have we ever won wearing seagull splatter- er, eggshell?  Not a favorite for this particular fan.  

 

I can’t remember if we ever won wearing it, but a couple losses in that hideous outfit are seared into my memory.

Sorry, but I think they’re a brilliant design. And, if the kids dig ‘em…

I agree, except the sorry part.  I think they look great. It's really about what the players want anyway. 

Not the popular choice on this forum... But, I love them!

     If memory serves, we beat UCLA in the Rose Bowl the year this uni was introduced.

Each time I see these particular unis I'm reminded of how much I like the all Yellow w/chrome helmets.  Maybe we'll see those next Friday against the Beavers.

We beat UCLA at the Rose Bowl a couple years ago wearing the eggshells.

 

The only unis I dislike more than the eggshells are the hot pink unis. I support the cause, but the hot pink is distracting.

 

Oh, but the absolute worst unis were the orange socks. If you’re going to dress like a cartoon character, you better win, and we got smoked that game. 

I don't mind eggshell, chrome, and the all black or all white...IF there is BOTH lightning yellow AND green somehow in the numbers, trim, facemask, shoes, something...keep the yellow and green somehow PLEASE.  But...if the players, and recruits like it...and we win...

     I’m good with the Oreo crumb unis, but another away combo I’ve always liked are the white jerseys w/green numerals, yellow pants and yellow (or green) helmets.  Very clean, down to business look.
