GameDay, Herbie picks Syracuse to beat The U, everybody picks OBD over the pups, Herbie picks Auburn over 'Bama, Des picks Michigan, Des, McAfee, Guest Picker pick A & M, Saban & Corso pick Texas.

Vanderbilt takes the opening kickoff to the house. Loving the SEC drama this year.

Gus Johnson is already annoying!

If you ever, "Just throw the records out" of a game, it's this Michigan @ Ohio State game. Does Big Blue have a chance?

  • Moderator

Vandy returns the opening kick for TD and already leads Tennessee 14-0 still in the 1st quarter.

  • Moderator

Michigan gets a PI instead of an osu2 TD. The 15 yard penalty makes that a smart decision. osu2 settles for field goal.

  • Moderator

Michigan running all over osu2

  • Moderator

Michigan run game working against tOSU and on D stuffing their RBs. No answer to the Bucknut WRs, but if UM can draw this game out they have a shot.

End of 1st qtr, Ohio St 3-0

  • Moderator

Michigan goes for it, 4th & 1 on the 3. osu2 stuffs it.

  • Moderator

Almost a pick-6 for Michigan, they get to the 2, next play, to the 1. TD, Michigan!  7-3.

LOL. Can’t wait to see the osu2 fan reactions, if they lose to Michigan, again, and miss the B1G championship game.

Damn. Michigan came to play. Massive hit on the QB who's still down.

  • Moderator

Howard laid out with as hard a hit as I've seen in college football in a long time.

  • Moderator

Howard took a huge hit to his left shoulder and neck and is still on the ground into the commercial break. Getting really chippy.

Running your QB like a full back is not the best idea as Oregon well knows.

  • Moderator

Michigan D-line largely keeping Bucknut revamped O-line in check.

Howard back in and looks pretty unfazed.

  • Moderator

Bucknut stymied again in the red zone by running into the strength of the Michigan D and then a poorly thrown pass by Howard

Insult to injury, they miss the FG.

I hope someone on the Duck staff is side-eying 'The Game' and seeing what a determined unranked opponent can do in a rivalry game in hostile territory.

I don't know if anyone else feels this, but Ohio State looks disjointed to me.  They looked that way against Indiana to me as well.

Something is off on offense for them.  I can't figure it out, but it doesn't seem like they can put teams away.  They don't have a knockout punch, and their "jabs" don't seem to wear defenses out.

Chip Kelly likes to run the ball too much.

And just like that, he is forced to pass and they score.

I keep thinking they need to throw the ball more but then Howard gives it away. Not sure what the answer is but I hope they don't figure it out.

tOSU and UM are a study in offensive and special teams futility.

This is the Bucknut team I want to see Oregon play next week

I think Mari no o is calling plays for both OSU and Michigan

Joel Klatt just says “how about these defenses partner showing up for the third quarter” about the Ohio State Michigan game.

Way to spin it,Joel. How about just saying these offenses look pathetic.

What a dipship!

The parallels here are eerie.

Home game

Hated rival

Unranked 6-5 opponent that was in

Last year's NC game and

Winner of the past three head to

    head match-ups

OBD can't let Fusky get a paw in the door like Bucknut has let Michigan do. Neither UM or UW is built to come back from big deficits. Oregon needs to score early and often

  • Moderator

As they say on TV, Gus just screamed, "Warren wishes he could take that one back"

Michigan needs to key running the ball.

How in the hockey stix can Meatchikn NOT score from that distance?

Michigan qb Warren with 62 yds passing and 2 picks, missing their only legit receiver and they are 2 minutes from an upset of tOSU.

I wonder if the line for the B1G CG starts to shift regardless of the outcome

  • Moderator

You don't get used to Gus, you just grit your teeth and get through the game.

  • Moderator

tOSU just got called for 12 on the field, and not in a good Lanning kind of way.

Ryan Day tries to use the Lanning Rule....

But fails on all accounts.

  • Moderator

If Bucknut loses, how long until Day's seat goes from hot to ejection?

  • Moderator

13-10 Michigan, no timeouts for osu2, :45 left.

What a great time out.   Messing with their minds.

Unbelievable!!

What would Mario do now????

Go for it.

  • Moderator

Thats it. Bucknut loses. In their house. One thing will make today sweeter and we all know what that is

Wow Ryan Day really does have a Michigan problem... 😆

They won't be there!

Yeeha

4 game losing streak against that team up north.

  • Moderator

I’m not feeling good about tonight’s game. The underdogs in these rivalries are definitely not messing around.

Ha ha ha ha ha.

Serious stupidity on Michigan's part by trying to plant their flag on the field. Classless. It is a riot between players

The boosters have probably seen enough.  Can't beat a mediocre Michigan AT HOME and couldn't be the new kid on the block in Oregon.
