Former 5-star wide receiver Jurrion Dickey has transferred to Bay Area community college

I guess he wanted to go where he had a chance to prove he can still be an all- American.

But seriously, I do wish he well in his steppingstone journey

His injury derailed his ability to perform like he did in high school. He isn't the same player.

I do wish him the best. He comes from a very rough neighborhood, and it appears football is the route he chose to escape it. It always pays to have a backup plan. I absolutely hope Jurrion is planning for life after football. I have serious doubts he will play in the NFL.

DL stated that players are expected to be on time for meetings, and practice when asked about Jurrion’s status. There were also rumors that he was fighting with teammates at practice.

Just read that on On3 too... If that's the case, good riddance. He was given plenty of chances to prove himself on the field and failed. Seems like worse than Ty Thompson who was at least hardworking and easy-going. Totally explains his transfer destination.

Some dudes come back after being written off. Robbie Ashford is having a decent game tonight for Wake Forest (not counting the pick six). Sometimes all a player needs is a good coach and the right system.

Cristobal's 2020 class. It still has 5 guys in year six of college ball:

• Jonathan Denis (Louisiana Tech)

Very mixed results for a class ranked #14: Noah Sewell seems to be doing well with the Bears, TJ Bass is a backup OG for Dallas, Harper and Manning were contributors at Oregon, I think Bennett Williams is playing in Canada. I think like 17 out of the 22 commits either transferred or washed out.

That’s a very mature and classy post. I hope this young man can take advantage of his opportunity and realize his potential on and off the football field.

Sacramento State is a decent program. I hope some personal counseling is available for him and I wish him well.

Wichita was a major disappointment after his injury... Former Cali Prep athlete of the year who had personal bests of 20.8 @ 200m/10.5 @ 100m. At Cordova HS, Wilhite had 4902 yards rushing and 70+ tds as a RB.

His career at Oregon was disappointing after he suffered a massive hamstring tear his hs senior track campaign, followed by multiple injuries his freshman campaign with the Ducks.
