Sources: Big Ten Mulling $2B Private Capital Deal
Is this money going to help the non revenue sports? Is it to offset the travel costs of the expanded map already in play or potentially when the league expands into the South with FSU, North Carolina, Virginia and Georgia Tech ? Why are Michigan and Ohio State potentially against this?

Oregon - Indiana Pre-Game Reports, Interviews, Etc.
Each and every year, we end up seeing some of these players, former college stars, end up wearing the clothing of some of their most hated rivals, thanks to lost bets on Saturday afternoons. This week, it was both New York Giants star Abdul Carter and Indianapolis Colts star Tyler Warren — both rookies who played for the Penn State Nittany Lions a year ago — who were made to wear Oregon Ducks gear for their media availabilities on Wednesday. Ruh-Roh! The Thriving "Bear" Has Trojans Butt-Hurt...
Lincoln Riley was great in the Big 12. He was probably the most innovative offensive play caller at the second most talented program and the kings of the conference. Oklahoma has the most conference championships of anyone with 40 plus. The Sooners made it to the four team playoff the third most behind Alabama and Clemson with five. Care to know how many they won? Care to know the average amount they lost by? It's October so maybe you do. I just think Riley made his name beating the Timmys and Moes, in the B1G or SEC if he had stayed at Oklahoma he doesn't have advantage because now there are several teams with Jimmys and Joes . You gotta out coach some guys at this level.

Oregon Football: Is Moore the Best in the Country?
My favorite part of this question about our Oregon football program? You’re probably asking, “Which one?” While the header image might be a giveaway, I’m going to pick the quarterback that I was DREADFULLY wrong about this offseason: Dante Moore. I had reservations in the spring about whether Dante could get it done as a first-year starter with Oregon, even ... Oregon Football is Moore the Best in the Country

Ducks vs Them Penn St
I've seen so many highlights and reaction videos from this game that this episode really fell flat. It was mostly just highlights from the game. I guess I am too entitled.

Ruh-Roh! The Thriving "Bear" Has Trojans Butt-Hurt...
I also meant to mention last night while posting here that I am glad to learn that Bear Alexander appears to have "grown up" considerably and s making great progress in Eugene after his miserable showings in Athens and Los Angeles. He, I believe, was on his last shot and is not wasting it. So, congrats to the young man and to the Duck staff for helping to set the young man straight.

I certainly agree that you are fortunate to have Lanning (as I have noted here several times). And I do believe that a Natty is in our future, maybe even this year. There is always hope, No?

Is the 'Cig' ALL SMOKE?
I actually believe he has the LBs to run the Mint. But he doesn't have the DL this year. The LBs cover sideline to sideline better than everyone else in my opinion. But they don't get to the QB as effectively as they did during the Title runs. I haven't seen the Bama get her in detail. But after reviewing the Tennessee tape, it doesn't appear their CBs are as effective either. I believe that depends on the set of WRs they face though, as they seem to have Texas' number, but not Bama's. And Tennessee really went after them. Long story short, I'm not sure yet. I do think the scheme has run it's course though. But it just might be the talent level across the board is much more equal than before the NIL era.

When Will They Fall, Predicting the Undefeateds First Loss
When I saw the Penn State punt team run out on the field at the 36 yard line, and kick a net 16 yard punt, I think I instantly had flashbacks of Mario. That was a bad decision that has not been discussed much by the media. Mario loses to an unranked team every season. They will probably beat FSU next weekend and then lose to some below 0.500 conference team. Book it!

Moore in no Hurry to Leave for the NFL
“The Trojans proved in their loss Saturday against Illinois that they still aren't a contender just yet.” Not yet, huh? 6-6 in conference play since joining the BIG screams just on the edge of greatness. Michigan is up next, so that is probably dropping below 0.500 real fast.

Moore in no Hurry to Leave for the NFL
NIL $$ makes the staying choice much easier. His willingness to submit to sitting last year proves he understands the long term value he gains by learning all he can. The QB position, along with maybe O-line, are the spots where live game experience is most needed for NFL success. My money says he stays. If he does, we mist likely lose Novosad.

When Will They Fall, Predicting the Undefeateds First Loss
Thus, OBD or TOSU's 1st loss will happen on 12/6/25 in Indianapolis in the B1G champ game. If this were to happen, the winner would have a 1st round PO bye, as would the loser. The winner plays in the Rose Bowl against the winner of the No. 12 seed at the No. 5 seed, and the loser likely plays in the Cotton Bowl against No. 7 at No. 10, or No. 11 at No. 6.

When Will They Fall, Predicting the Undefeateds First Loss
I don't when it will happen, but we all know Miami will drop a game that they shouldn't. Will this be the year Mari Cristbal leads his team to 0 losses? I don't think so.

Makhi Hughes To Redshirt, Transfer
In some ways I feel sorry for the young man. Tearing it up in his former school and conference, he thought he could transfer to a school where he would be seen by more scouts and improve his draft stock. While Oregon was a school that could have done that for him, he found there were RBs already here that were simply better, and he could not beat them out for playing time. I hope he has the best of luck in all his future endeavors.

Makhi Hughes To Redshirt, Transfer
Not sure how another year would give him more playing time. Whittington is gone after this year, but Limar still has another year as does Harris and then there's the upcoming freshmen Davison, Hill and Riggs. Am I missing anyone? Damn our RB room is loaded and who knows who we may add next year. My $ is on Hughes transferring, it makes the most sense for all parties IMHO.
