  1. Past hour
  2. Miami O-line 6-9, 340 6-2, 275 6-3, 295 6-6, 350 6-6, 315 Notre Dame is having problems with that.
  3. One thing to remember about MC teams, they perform well in big games. He pummeled tosu at the shoe. It’s always the choke jobs against lesser teams that leave everyone scratching their heads. Wouldn’t be shocked if Miami wins this. I’ll be shocked if they survive Bethune-Cookman next week.
  4. It was only four counts of theft. Gundy draws the line at 6. 😉🤔
  5. They can... Only if they WANT it more. Right?
  6. Today
  7. That would account for those ranking and the fact that they have the Ducks beating sc on that game's FPI. Poop in, poop on steroids out!
  8. Miami has great talent. They will probably win this game. However, that special teams screw-up is something that happens to Mario’s teams more than it should.
  9. I think Benson is what they described him as, "a possession receiver," meaning that he is good getting open for first downs, but is not a game breaker. I like how Stein is using running backs to get the pass in open field, make someone miss and get an explosion play as Jay Harris did during this game. BTW...didn't he get a TD that way in the Spring Game? He is a good receiver out of the backfield... Jay Harris
  10. Not to mention they’re now relying on Carson Beck, who I see as more of a game manager than an ultra talented Cam Ward who can take over a game.
  11. Yesterday
  12. He is not going to "Out-Physical" Notre Dame...
  13. There's stupidity, and then there is stupidity on steroids, ESPN's FPI. Texas remains No. 1? Notre Dame, without playing, drops 2 spots? Unless one is trying to make bookies rich, stay away from this Fraudulent Prediction Idiocy. Right, Kalen? With apologies to Georgia, this latest poll doubles down on the embarrassment of the preseason poll, which ranked SEC Texas No. 1, Georgia No. 2, and Alabama No. 3, and eight SEC teams in the top 12, with Florida at No. 13. There's bias, and then there's Bias from Bristol, where the FPI is not sharp as a pistol. Of course, the then No. 14 USC would have a lot of MOmentum as the result of blowing out MO. State and jump eight spots to No. 6. Right? As to Archie's debut in Columbus, where he had more appearances in advertisements than he did TD passes, nothing to see here, move right along. SC defeats Georgia State this Saturday, a team that Week 1's, woefully underrated 🤪 No. 10-ranked Ole Miss bombed 63-7, and South Central should be the home of the highest-ranked It Just Means Less team. Any caring person would take the poor FPI to the Programming Doctor for a wellness check. 😁 But ESPN and Greg Sankey will carry on using this 🤬to justify the SEC's six at-large teams in the 2025-26 12-team PO. Mercy!
  14. I suspect the game will draw good ratings. ND has a national draw with a good team and Cristo can't game coach but he knows how to recruit and is at home.
  15. If anything just to watch Cristobal make more terrible decisions on the field?
  16. Oklahoma State starting Linebacker arrested Saturday night. This guy got three sacks in their opener Thursday evening. https://247sports.com/college/oklahoma-state/article/oklahoma-state-linebacker-wendell-gregory-arrested-saturday-253233285/
  17. I think the opposite since both those Universities would fit in better with the B1G from an academic and athletic perspective but I guess we’ll see. If the B1G wants to continue to compete with the SEC in football and bring in huge dollars then they should look to add the ACC football powerhouses - Clemson and FSU (and perhaps Miami).
  18. It appears that that is one way the coaches plan to use Jordan Davison this year. I wouldn’t mind seeing Sadiq used in that role either. I was extremely impressed with Oregon’s RB depth but Jordan stood out and I can’t wait to see more of what he can do.
  19. Regarding arm strength, Dante fired 2 balls Sadiq couldn't get his hands around. He zipped those balls too fast for Kenyon. KS needs to practice with the jug machine turned up high!
  20. His dad was the backup QB for the 1988 OSAA state football champion Lakeridge Pacers (Lake Oswego). He backed up Mike Miadich who went on to play baseball at Notre Dame. Doug went on to earn a scholarship to the university of Idaho and was eventually drafted by the Saints. However, he only lasted a few seasons in the NFL.
  21. I’m the opposite of the above posters. I absolutely love Gus Johnson’s crescendo. He’s so much better than the ESPN crowd. Everybody else is extremely dull.
  22. sc leaps eight spots to No. 6, now ahead of No. 7 Ducks (who stayed put). But wait call now and receive better odds at a BIG CShip and Natty. USC Trojans leapfrog Oregon Ducks in ESPN FPI after Week 1
  23. The contributors have underestimated the natural beauty of the state of Nebraska. When I was across the country in my youth, I noticed a sign along the freeway in eastern Nebraska. It informed drivers that they would notice driving westward across the state that the type of grass growing alongside the road changes. No disrespect to Coach Rhule, but if they want to return to national prominence, they must implement three changes this season: Replace the entire coaching staff with artificial intelligence. Change the too familiar red jerseys (such a cliche) to Pantone 448C, a color that I guarantee will set them apart. Replace their marching band with a marching opera company.
  24. I think its way to early to tell who is elite just yet. Ducks are not going to be tested until the Penn State game.
  25. Yesterday the O and the D were vanilla by design. DL and company were way more interested I putting young guys into live game scenarios to get a read on their ability to contribute to the team. I hope they were impressed, I was! I agree that we won’t show much more of our offense (or defense) until the Penn State game. We don’t need to dig deep four our next few opponents. Go Ducks!
  26. Oregon Ducks open as massive favorites in Week 2 matchup vs. Oklahoma State Cowboys Oregon Ducks open as massive favorites in Week 2
  27. Before Jordan James became the starter and was the backup to Bucky....they used him as the power-back inside the five yard line. It sure looks like Jordan Davison is filling that role this year!
