  1. This would certainly help Oregon Big 12 Commissioner Bob Bowlsby says Shifting Early Signing period being discussed amidst Coaching Carousel ESPN Adam Rittenberg
  2. That seems the latest it can go, dragging this through the weekend would be bad at all levels.
  3. A type of adversity that an Altman Oregon team hasn't faced yet. We saw earlier that it takes his teams a while to "buy in". As he said, they aren't anywhere close to that now. That's describing a team that looks like an 8 seed playing like a 3 seed in March. Right now they just lost to an ASU team that scored 29 points the game before.
  4. I can see Kiffin calling Canzano to get a head's up on Oregon contacts, What I find difficult to believe is Kiffin making that call, if PK didn't like him. It seems like Kiffin would be aware of that and not be making plans for when he's here,
  5. Who knows how it works, but I don't know why somebody wouldn't like Kiffin, but would like Meyer?
  6. That sounds like No on Kiffin then,
  7. I've found that the people saying something will happen are more likely right than the people saying something won't happen.
  8. So true. I have listened to Cowherd since he did the sports on Channel 8 in Portland, and it didn't seem like he watched the games back then, He has gone on to bigger, and I guess better, since. But his show is cotton candy noise,
  9. Colin and his co-host, a huge 'Canes fan, have been raving about Cristobal being the new Coach, But what caught my attention was when talking about how long it would take for Miami to be contending for the championship she said, "I think they've got to be in contention for the National Championship by year 4." and Colin responded with, "Oh yeah, yeah, they're lucky because they've got the quarterback and the skill people"
  10. Oregon Football: 3 head football coaching candidates who'd lead Ducks to National Title Fansided Connor Muldowney
  11. Yes, If Oregon wants to be a player in the CFP game, it needs to win this hand,
  12. Should we Expect to see QB Ty Thompson in Oregon's Bowl Game? Ducks Wire Zachary Neel
  13. Exactly, no Titanic here. 2001, the Ducks were denied their chance by a computer. But we can't forget 2007 when Oregon was conceded the Championship and the Heisman, until Dixon went down. So close, but so far? USC had been dead in the water,, but is now living the "Life of Riley" with its new Coach. Oregon can get back on track with the right coach, it has too many things going for it not too, aside from residing in the outskirts of College football known as the Pac-12 with their neighbor, USC.
  14. I guess he really didn't like Brian Kelly's Southern accent.
  15. Thanks very much for bringing this over, PittDuck. I would also say it's not a bad take at all. He references a lot of the feelings, emotions, that Oregon fans are going through, particularly that we just went through them with his predecessor. He also had some comments on the coaching search that I thought were accurate and reasonable.
  16. And because it's fun let's take a look at the Quarterbacks from Oregon who have been enshrined the NFL Hall of Fame and Heisman Trophy winner And for either, from Washington?
