For Duck Fans: An Insider’s Guide to Betting
I really hope the Ducks win the toss and defer; nothing would be better than to start the game with an Ohio State 3 & out. Imagine the decibels!!!!

For Duck Fans: An Insider’s Guide to Betting
Consider putting extra weight on home games, especially against teams that rarely visit Eugene. The crowd noise and unique atmosphere can rattle even the most composed opponents. Fits Ohio State perfectly. This will be the Buckeyes second road game of the year, and the crowd at Michigan State will be nothing like the Autzen experience.

I concur on this one, we can all watch and if nothing else can use it to gauge our Predict a Score for next Saturday. Tennessee started out hot last season before their QB went down, looks like their back at it, not the best for the Ducks, but I expect Tenn to cover the -3.5.

Friday's CFB Games Thread...
I haven't seen Nebraska yet, but they should be getting all the attention Miami is. Their schedule hasn't been all that, but beating Colorado is a more impressive win than the U has. USC at Michigan is a Good/Good, but to me it would be Gooder if Michigan won. Washington will probably beat Northwestern and how about this match-up, Purdue lost 66-7 last week and they travel to Corvallis to Play the Beavs, who lost 49-14. What trophy does the winner of this one get? Oh, and yeah, Cal and Stanford have road games, about 3,000 miles away. Cal @ FSU and Stanford @ Syracuse.

Sports Trivia: What is the Significance of 2085 in Oregon Sports History?
If he had been a better shooter his total would be amazing. His record will probably stand as players good enough to challenge it won't stay long enough. Pritchard played 4 years, but he wasn't a prolific scorer. Ballard has the single game scoring record, 43, against Oral Roberts, in a NIT 1st Rd. game, played on my birthday in 1977, and won by the Ducks, 90-89. Anthony Roberts scored 65 for ORU.

Sports Trivia: What is the Significance of 2085 in Oregon Sports History?
Winner! Of course, those points were accumulated without the 3 point shot. It's safe to say he made at least two 3's a game. So, the total points would be around 2325.

Is the Civil War Rivalry Dead?
Watching "Talkin' Beavers" they're going over the positives. One of the talkers mentioned that OSU won Time of Possession. Mike Parker said, "I probably should not have brought up, as I did late in the radio broadcast the suffering of Job, because these were not nearly as tormenting as those sufferings...however the thing I greatly feared has come upon me." The other Talker said his positive was that the game, "was over."

Puddles’ Playoff “Flight Plan” in Week Four
All of these are possible. Likely? No. but, LSU was there at the end against USC. Brian Kelly could actually say what Bray did after their game against Oregon. Sooners pulling off any of those wins stretches credulity, but we'll find out something on Saturday. Oregon playing it close to Ohio State will show more about them than Miami has shown this season so far.
