Absolutely. I posted in another thread that I thought Beavs would drop to 6, and OBD would jump to 10. I definitely didn't see this. The Beavs are wacked now. The Ducks just swept the traditional series. Now, the Ducks are 6 and they're 7, with a game in Corvallis tomorrow night. OBD have to stay calm.

Given that the NCAA has mastered in inertia since its inception, filing for bankruptcy is unlikely, add in that even though it is standard practice, the NCAA is so thin skinned, bankruptcy is probably out of the question. The NCAA has fed on low hanging food forever, wouldn't touch the UNC classroom scandal, but ripped Reggie Bush's Heisman away over his parent's and a car. Vacating wins is the silliest punishment ever conceived; the NCAA loves it.

Wondering about that too. Beavs were No.3, their highest of the season, OBD at No.13, their highest. 13 sweeps 3 at home? I'll go Beavs drop to 6, OBD to 10. So, not 8 yet.

When Oregon pitches well, we can take on anybody as proven this weekend with Beavis. We have good batters, superb fielding, and when the pitching holds up--look out! Starter Jason Reitz only gave up one run, and the bullpen only gave up one as well. Can't ask for much more, and I am going to be IMPOSSIBLE to be around for a while! What a dream series! ------------------------------------------------------------ These last two games have been heaven for me, and while the official series is three games....Oregon plays Oregon State on Tuesday in Corvallis. Winning three out of four could go a long way towards helping Oregon get to host a Regional Playoff, if all goes well the rest of the way on the schedule. Go Ducks! Not even close...
