Dana Altman: "We Sure Showed Some Growth Tonight"
That team was so good. Brooks, Tyler Dorsey, Dylan Ennis. Not there yet with this team, but Richardson is finally playing like the pre-season 1st teamer. Jacob Young is looking like his brother, Harmon is finding his groove. The offense started to work, and the Ducks played the defense we've come to expect from Altman's teams in the 2nd half. Those final seconds of the 1st half were traumatic; and I was amazed that it was the Ducks who had the fight and desire, that did remind me of Dillon Brooks, in OT.

Ducks Beat the Bruins 84-81 in OT
Dreams A sweep of the Bruins and Trojans, No.3 and No.5, on the road? Why not. The win over the Bruins makes it 5 of the las 6, the one L to then No.1 Baylor. The Ducks are now 10-6. That L to ASU, 69=67 in OT is still bad, but the 3 point loss to Stanford isn't quite as bad now, with Stanford giving USC their first loss last week.

I don't know but I'd suspect that Moss's build compared to KT's when KT was 14.

Is Florida Football All It Is Cracked Up To Be?
The more I read about them, Coach W staying, their star RB staying, the Utes can make it the Pac-3 with a W at the Swamp.

The Lanning Effect: Best Off-Season for Oregon Fans Yet?
Great report, Jon I saw a couple a while ago wearing USC gear. I told them that Reggie Bush was great on the Wendy's commercials. It is interesting that they had such nice things to say about Lanning.I don't know if many other fan bases would be as gracious towards a DC of a historically good defense leaving to be the coach of a team in the Pac-(?) You'll have to wave so we can you see you in the crowd at ATL.

Why Georgia's Win was Huge for Oregon? Recruiting!
Yes, and for that I say it is in Oregon's favor to play Georgia before the Dawgs have a warm- up game?

Why is the ACC Holding up Playoff Expansion?
I saw a while ago that the B1G Commish was holding things up because he didn't like Conference Champ getting the automatic bid, as he was afraid that a 11-1 team would be upset by a 9-3 team in the Conference Championship game, and might not have a space in an 8 game field. This is why divisions should be done away with. Oregon and Stanford should have played for the championship a couple of times instead of the winner of the South.

Another Georgia DB Portal Target for Lanning?
A great start to Oregon getting players like Georgia has is to get a player that Georgia had.

Did you Know that Oregon has been this Good?
Oregon leads Washington by 64 games, Washington is ahead of Oregon State by 15; less than 1/4 as many, and yet they believe they're the Top Dog? The Ducks are the Dawgs in the Pac-12

The Lanning Effect: Best Off-Season for Oregon Fans Yet?
What a bore this off season would have been if the Ducks had the DeBoer era to look forward to, or the Harsin or Wilcox? Instead there's an energy, and while there's a portion of every coaches Intro filled with what we want to hear, Lanning's had a palpable authenticity to it. Washington was on the coaching hunt before Oregon, and for now I say, was happy to get the coach from Fresno State. Did you hear all the buzz and excitement that hire created? Meanwhile Oregon grabbed the DC of the team that set records, won the championship and plays the Ducks in the first game next season. Lanning has us all checking the Portal, waiting for the Feb. Signing Day, and excited for the Spring game, and a glimpse of the new look offenses and defenses. A great time to be a Duck!

Did you Know that Oregon has been this Good?
By now, we've gone over how thoroughly Oregon has dominated Washington. In the last 25 years, Oregon has the 8th most wins in the country.

Good Read on Tosh Lupoi
For quite a while now Oregon and UC have carried the Pac-12, but neither have had a national impact. With Lanning and Riley, that should change. Now, I'm a Duck, so...Riley has the HC experience, but I like Lanning, and I definitely wouldn't trade him and his staff for Riley and his assistants, or team for that matter.
