Just Ducky

I coached my kid and it was hard to get his attention on the field so I took another path and I think my kid was better for it. Hope coach isn’t leaving also.

DG put up some really good numbers at Oklahoma. Just not sure about the competition in that conference. Texas was a big win for them and DG lead Oklahoma In rushing that game, over 100 yrds and thru for almost 300. That being said he lost to Kansas and had his worst game of the season and Oklahoma State that he did have good stats in the loss. That conference was weaker than the big 10 by a lot so hard to get a gauge on how good DG really is. 3 good teams there but 2 are headed to the Sec. I expect Arizona to win that conference next year if they hang on to that QB. I do think our QB room looks good and deeper than it ever has been to start the regular season. If DL keeps this staff together for a bit the future looks stable to me.

Well Annie usually love your takes but I have to politely disagree. My wife is the only beaver fan I know that has a semi level head on her shoulders. She was a rally girl at Gladstone High when that school started. Their class chose the colors for the school and they went with black and orange. Since that dreaded day in history the graduates from that school are predominantly beaver fans, actually I don’t know any that aren’t beaver fans. they are absolutely the worst fans to be around. Have gone to many beaver games with these people and had to quit because of their hatred for the Ducks. None of them seemed to be able to curb their mouths at any time. Their hatred for the Ducks is Epic. My wife and I have been together for over 50 years now and we rarely see any of these beavers any more. Very sad for her. But it is what it is. Poor little me is the bitter beaver fan fight song. Beaver fans are the absolute worst. IMHO. lol

I finally watched that masterpiece. How did that Duck hunt work out Willie?

Couple that were low and I remember Bo reaching outside right ear but he did a great job in my mind. Important thing is he didn’t cost any yardage that I can remember.

I hate both these teams. Especially Shark. But I’m not turning this off that’s for sure.

Several crazy plays but they seemed to work. Probably the kind of team to try them on. We weren’t the ones to pick our opponent but I viewed this as a preseason tune up game.

I’m watching but rooting for both to loose.

Brandon’s name was not on the final stats and I kept looking for but never saw him. Pretty strange because he was alongside DL at the press conference.

Does anyone know why Brandon Dorlous did not play? Thought he was good to go.

If we expect the NCAA to make knowledgeable decisions then we are in a long wait.

It would help if the receivers would catch all the balls that hit them in the hands.

We’ve gotten a couple calls go our way, which by the way is not the norm. Our D line, for the second game in a row, isn’t getting the penetration without linebacker help. That needs to change before next season in my opinion.

Catching the ball in perfect weather conditions seems to be a challenge for some of our receivers.

It’s the best for sure. There was so much food value we had to flip the kegs every so often to keep all the goodies from settling to the bottom. It also makes the best beer margaritas. 1 can of lemonade 1 can Quervo Gold 1/2 can of triple sec. I bottle Wilmer Hef. Do not blend. And be careful more than 2 is dangerous. Happy new year Charles.
