And along that line, let us not forget Kellen Clemens. -
Ranking PAC-12 2022 out of Conference (OOC) Schedules
Annie replied to Jon Joseph's topic in Our Beloved Ducks
Some day I'd like to see Georgia or Alabama or you-name-the-school play the Ducks at a "neutral" site such as Allegiant Stadium. -
When will the work be finished? Will they be playing at Reser this coming season?

Moorhead: "Anthony has had a Phenomenal Season"
Annie replied to 30Duck's topic in Our Beloved Ducks
AB has talents and limitations, and also a lot of heart. I think what is phenomenal is that all things considered, the Ducks went 10-3 (so far. Go Ducks in the Alamo Bowl!). -
The Duck players that are going to participate in the Alamo Bowl sound excited, so I'm excited. Go Ducks!

Herbstreit Asked Mario About The Miami Job In October!
Annie replied to Haywarduck's topic in Our Beloved Ducks
Interesting. It's natural MC would consider and then accept the Miami job, given that he played there, is from there, etc., but I do have to wonder now how distracted MC might have been during much the season. -
I am picky, but the title from the original author is kinda misleading; a Double-Agent is betraying one side in the end, while I'd like to think that Coach Lanning is doing right for both schools? Double Agent Dan: Lanning Working Jobs at Georgia and Oregon by Brooks Austin of Dawgs Daily

Future of the Pac-12: “Three Strikes and You’re Out?”
Annie replied to FishDuck Article's topic in Our Beloved Ducks
For me, the Rose Bowl stadium is reason enough never to go there again. Admittedly, it was 2010 the last time I was there, so maybe things are much improved, but then the stairs were steep, uneven, and in some spots dangerously worn. The bathrooms and concession stands were outside the stadium. The video screen was small. And getting out of the stadium after the game was pure h*ll. The tunnel was jammed and so was the rest of the journey to the parking lot. It took us an hour to get from our seats to the bus. As I said, maybe things are better now, but I won't be going down there to find out. -

OT - Anyone Else Seeing Snow Mixed in with the Rain?
Annie replied to Annie's topic in Our Beloved Ducks
Well, of course, now it is just raining here! -
I just looked out the window and noticed fat snowflakes mixed in with the rain here in SW Eugene. (At just about the 500' level.)

Actually, it was Chris Fowler and Lee Corso. But he was pretty cute, still pretty easy on the eyes!

Merry Christmas and Go Ducks!

The "dreamy Kirk Herbstreit," as they used to call him on Game Day.

Ohio State Doesn't Want all of their Rose Bowl Tickets
Annie replied to 30Duck's topic in Our Beloved Ducks
Yikes! They greatly outnumbered Duck fans when we played them in the 2010 Rose Bowl. And speaking of numbers of fans, when the Ducks went to the 1995 Rose Bowl each team was allotted 40,000 tickets, leaving 20,000 for the executives (or whomever gets those tickets). Not long after that, the number of tickets per school was dropped to 20,000.
