Trikweze Bridges Emerges Lockdown in Holiday Bowl?

Although it wouldn't solve the entire problem of the flagrant, take a clue from basketball in regard to the foul if the offensive player has a clear path to the basket. -
Couldn't agree more.

I also think not have Pac 12 refs helped a lot. Take note Merton Hanks, remaining in contact with touching the receiver is not automatically PI. -

5. Autzen Stadium Don Ryan/AP Photo College: University of Oregon (Eugene, Oregon) Opened: 1966 Capacity: 60,000 Bottom Line: Autzen Stadium Andy Nelson/AP Phooto At a babyfaced 66 years old, the University of Oregon's Autzen Stadium is the newest stadium to make the list, beating Virginia Tech's Lane Stadium by just one year — it's also the smallest to make the list. The hometown Ducks got a major amplification in the noise department when it increased its capacity by almost 20,000 in the early 2000s. Since then, Oregon fans have had plenty to cheer about — they've won six Pac-10 or Pac-12 Conference titles since the expansion was completed in 2002 and played in the national championship twice in that stretch. The '68 team had some too, Bill Drozdiak (google him for sure) and Larry Holiday. Holiday, all 6'3' of him tied up Alcindor/Abdul-Jabbar on the opening tip and dislocated his shoulder. Went to the bench and had it put back in. Had to waste a TO to get him back in. Then it happened again to start the 2nd half. Come spring I had a similar pickup game experience. We were playing outside the dorms and those 2 plus Stan Love showed up and joined us. You remember Stan Love right. Rumor was that he signed with the Bullets for a million dollars for every point in his GPA, $500,000.00!

December Is Too Busy and Bowl Season Suffers
Steven A replied to FishDuck Article's topic in Our Beloved Ducks
I think the bowl season lost much of its luster when there became soooo many bowls. Is 42 the number? Then, it used to be 6 wins was a requirement. Well, that is no longer the case when there aren't enough teams with 6 W's. Also, a 6 and 6 team playing a 6 and 6 team means you are watching a game wherein one of the teams will have a losing record. Don't get me wrong, I am all for the student-ATHLETES getting to play and a Santa's bag of swag for their efforts. I just get to vote along with the empty seats and not watch if I don't want to. Oh, and let's not forget the hypocrisy of the bowl committee salaries taking a HUGE bite out of the money earmarked for the charities they "support" . . . Orange Bowl: ASSISTANTSHIP PROGRAM =$156,207 MIAMI HOST COMMITTEE ASSISTANTSHIP PROGRAM = $55,602 Account Executive, Corporate & Premium Sales =$96,908 Account Executive, Member & Client Services =$168,688 Account Executive, Partnership Sales = $108,216 Account Executive, Ticket Sales =$96,908 Coordinator, CRM & Data Analytics = $91,829 Just saying, pretty sure those aren't 40 hour a week, 52 weeks a year jobs. -

We'll have to wait and see on that one, as with all misses.
