Nebraska Assistant Coach To Join Dana Altman's Staff
ICamel replied to Smith72's topic in Our Beloved Ducks
Well, since Chuck Martin(replaced Chris Crutchfield) is still listed on GoDucks as an assistant coach, other than "Director of Operations", I don't see an open position on Dana's staff. -

I'm surprised when people think the renovation will increase seating capacity. Nope, before the current renovation the capacity was 43,363. It will hold somewhere between 35,000 and 39,000 in 2023. Who spends $153,000,000 to reduce capacity?

If you want to be a "big boy", you've got to play with them. Yes, there are exceptions, but there is a reason they are called that. B1G or SEC!

Canzano: Phil Knight Can Help Put the Pac-12 Back Together Again
ICamel replied to NJDuck's topic in Our Beloved Ducks
Which is why the 10 University Presidents and George Kliavkoff need to have multiple plans and be constantly evaluating/reevaluating those plans. -
I don't think UCLA to the B1G is a done deal. There are a lot of high hurdles to be overcome.

Cook has been attending AZ Compass Prep in Chandler, Arizona. One of his final 3 college choices was Gonzaga. With former Gonzaga assistant Tommy Lloyd now the Head Coach at Arizona, he might be in the ear of Mookie about coming to Tucson? Throw in a sweet NIL deal?

The Multi-sport Athlete Has A Huge Advantage!

I wish you had faced him while in the batters box! I remember a big lefty that had a nasty curve and every time the ball was headed towards plunking me I would bail out, and the ball would curve over the plate for a strike. Never did learn to hit the curve ball. -
"accounted for 38 catches and 806 yards for a 21.2 ypc average as well as 19 touchdowns." Every other catch is a touchdown(on average)!

Rating the Pac-12 WRs: USC, Ducks Ranked Nos.1, 2
ICamel replied to Tandaian's topic in Our Beloved Ducks
#2 from that writer's perspective! "MariØ CristØbal’s slow-churn offense handcuffed the wideouts." "This is, however, an awfully high ranking for a group that has proven next to nothing. Hopefully a better plan of attack from the new staff can justify it." Unless we get fooled again, I don't think "hopefully" will apply. -
Who is Marshall Malchow, and why his hire is the Oregon Ducks’ biggest win yet NEWS.YAHOO.COM Where Marshall Malchow goes, recruiting success tends to follow. His hiring could be AD Rob Mullens' biggest win yet. From December 2021 - “Oregon made quite possibly the biggest hire of the whole bunch, reportedly bringing in Marshall Malchow as the new football chief of staff. He may not have the name recognition that the other hires hold, but his ability to change and define the Ducks program is more massive than you can even imagine………………….He is thought to be among the most impactful members of the recruiting game in the nation. Where he goes, top-rated classes seem to follow.”
