46 minutes ago46 min Moderator No. I'm sure DL breathed some fire and lit up a few guys over the stupid-a** penalties over halftime. Ducks will come out with a purpose after that attitude adjustment. On a positive note, Pickard is doing ok subbing in for Pancho, who was up and looked ok before the half. Ducks get the ball to start the 3rd.
43 minutes ago43 min No. Pressure is also my comment: it has been missing against good (or pretty good) teams all season. Run D is very good though. They might as well experiment with some blitz packages. Matayo is not Kayvon Thib. And Tuioti is not much of a threat either, although both are very good at run defense. Maybe sub in other pass rushers? Maybe take out the nickel (or nose tackle) and add another pass rusher?
34 minutes ago34 min No. I don’t like the decision to go for it on 4th from midfield. The defense has been playing well. Pin USC back deep. That stop might give them the Mo.
33 minutes ago33 min No. 2nd half adjustments in neither the Cristbal nor Lanning eras have screamed of a title contender...IMHO
32 minutes ago32 min No. Dang. That hold by McClellan wasn't necessary (Sadiq had the first down and then some).
30 minutes ago30 min Moderator No. I don't know why they couldn't let Davidson pound it in for 1 yard.At lease the defense is dialed in, INT by Canady!

28 minutes ago28 min No. We did not need a trick play on 4th and one. Our running game has not been stopped at all.
24 minutes ago24 min Moderator No. What was Dante looking at? That USC defender was right in his line of sight.
24 minutes ago24 min No. That was ill advised. Dante playing well, but I would have liked to have run it again there. They're not stopping the run.
21 minutes ago21 min No. 1 minute ago, kirklandduck said:What was Dante looking at? That USC defender was right in his line of sight. One of the receivers ran the wrong route. No competent OC would design a passing play with two receivers in the same area. That said, Dante does not see the underneath defenders. Edited 16 minutes ago16 min by OregonDucks
18 minutes ago18 min No. What is Stein doing? All the analysts expected a heavy dose of Oregon running backs in the second half and he continues to try to be cute. Edited 4 minutes ago4 min by OregonDucks
15 minutes ago15 min No. USC has great pass blocking, great QB, and great receivers... so Ducks need to find a way to dial up some pressure.
15 minutes ago15 min No. Just now, oregon123 said:USC has great pass blocking, great QB, and great receivers... so Ducks need to find a way to dial up some pressure.I wouldn’t hold your breath. Lanning and Tosh hate blitzing.
9 minutes ago9 min No. If Ducks can go up by 14 at end of 3rd qtr, then that would be good. But still not out of the woods
5 minutes ago5 min No. Wow, what a grab. I was hoping they'd run there (2 chances to get 2 yards at that spot on field), but can't complain about that outcome!
5 minutes ago5 min No. "Maybe that ESPN writer had a point. This team does not put good teams away. They lack that killer instinct."No, they don't put good teams away. Killer instinct? Hmmm... I think it is more like - they just don't have that 'extra gear' at the end of games. Ducks are going to win or lose with their secondary.
5 minutes ago5 min No. Hoping all these injuries are minor for next week. The coaching staff is cautious.
4 minutes ago4 min Moderator No. Thats the 3rd time I've seen an Oregon player slip on the turf. Is everything soggy down there??
