Krsmqn No. 1 Share Posted October 1, 2022 Just wanted to open a thread to discuss all the other games on today. So far, looks like TCU is taking it to Oklahoma. 20 - 3 so far, in the first quarter! Michigan VS Iowa is turning out to be the slug-fest everyone expected. Ole Miss is up on Kentucky at present! Minnesota is down 10 - 0 vs unranked Purdue! Start rowing boys! This day has only just begun. Here's to a great day of College Football!

30Duck No. 4 Share Posted October 1, 2022 Tough two in a row for the Beavers, USC, then Utah on the road. Cal at WSU, Bears RB, Jaydn Ott ran for 274 yards last week against Arizona.
debbieduck No. 5 Share Posted October 1, 2022 I’m hoping for: Utah over OSU USC over ASU Oregon over Stanford That keeps 3 PAC teams in top 15 UCLA will come out at #24? And we still will have 2 unbeaten. Thats what I want and expect to happen. And I always get what I want 1 1 1

I know I am a bit bold perhaps, but I just had a 4 shot iced latte’. Go Ducks

Notalot No. 13 Share Posted October 1, 2022 Kentucky missed two FGs, muffed a FG snap, got. a TD called back for not being set before the snap, and still only lost by 3 to Ole Miss in a battle of undefeated teams. Talk about heartbreak.

DrJacksPlaidPants Moderator No. 15 Share Posted October 1, 2022 Jonathan Smith has made some questionable play calls inside the 10. I understand the need to run the ball, but he’s been very “Marioesque” and the Utes have had no problems sniffing out his play calls.

But Oregon State had more total yards, more first downs, more plays, more time of possession. They also have a terrible QB. That was the difference I think?
David Marsh No. 19 Share Posted October 1, 2022 Two out of conference wins looking less good for the PAC, but still very good we have them. Wisconsin gets beat by Illinois... The funny thing is that Oregon has beaten both of those head coaches at the Rose Bowl as head coaches or Wisconsin. Unrelated but getting Oregon involved here. Then Michigan State is down at the half against Maryland.

Perhaps, I think it will come down to Match ups and coaching. KW is a better coach than LR imo. Plus his initials are awsome, KW!!! 1

DrJacksPlaidPants Moderator No. 41 Share Posted October 2, 2022 Who wins in a fight? I’ll take Schiano. There must’ve been some bad blood between them when they coached together under Urban Meyer.
