My question is When do blue bloods stop being blue bloods? Great question. Probably when the Lou Holtzs and Paul Feinbaums and other aging poobahs of the college football world are no longer spinning the narratives they created and learned decades ago. I think calling someone a "candidate" implies that person has decided to enter the race with interest in the job. Who else is a "candidate": Bill Belichick? Nick Saban? The Golden Bachelor? Go ahead and name away all you want, ATM.
